The guys did everything they said they were going to, so so helpful. When I picked up the car I was worried as it didn't have a second key, but in the click of the fingers they had organised and sorted the second key, it was so efficient and quick I was blown away. Essex Car Company were fantastic on the whole, I drove away with a huge smile on my face..... until I reversed into something.... totally my fault, I am getting that sorted as we speak. Straight up 5 stars!!! My expectations were met thoroughly from the moment when I arrived at the dealership to when I drove away in my new Range Rover Sport. I was treated with respect and kindness, all the chaps down here are great at what they do, nothing is left unturned and no question unanswered, they take care of absolutely everything. I would say the process was pretty damn perfect. I have not got a bad thing to say about these brilliant salesmen and their dealership, Ill be back when I'm ready to upgrade my car.

I am over the moon with my little Fiat 500, I love it its a cracking little car. I really like it because its good value for the money you do get plenty of miles out of the car and it is cheap to run too. Another reason being, its so brilliant to park, so so easy I guess you wouldn't know but its like parking a dodgem. This is not the first Fiat 500 I have owned I have had one before in the past it was just time for a newer one. The customer service down at this dealership was brilliant, the staff always ready to give a helping hand. Top marks!

I am pleased with the way this process went, purchasing the car was so smooth and efficient and I had no trouble along the way. I cant recommend Essex Car Company enough , if your looking for a new car then this dealership is where you want to be. All staff made themselves available from the moment I stepped foot in the door, everybody was approachable and I always received updates, especially Chris. The Kia is a great car and I am very much enjoying driving it, I recommend this as a great car and more than recommend Essex Car Company as a seller.
