Essex Car Company have been a pleasure to deal with start to finish, the cars they sell all seem to be of a very high quality and all the staff are very friendly. There is a nice vibe in the dealership and the sales doesn't feel pushy or too intense. I purchased a Nissan Juke which is very different to anything I have had in the past, I have always had VW's, Ford and my last car was a Lexus.. none of the cars I have had in the past have been small SUV's either, always hatchbacks. The car is excellent, i needed an automatic because I have recently changed jobs and have found myself doing significantly more driving. The only issue I have had are the brakes seem to be grinding a little bit so I have to let of an put the brakes back on for this not to happen. I haven't had the time to call and sort them out but come the new year I'll be looking to Essex Car Company for support.

The car has been great, we did have a little bump a week after the purchase unfortunately but it's been running really well, dare I say perfect! The team were lovely, really accommodating for me and my mother. Lovely experience.

So far so good with my new 5 Series, the car has had a recall from BMW for the EGR, I don't think there is anyway Essex Car Company could have known. The car is really nice and much better than anything we have had in the past, my partner and I are both really enjoying it so far. James has been a pleasure to deal with, we have contacted him a few times post sale to ask questions and queries things we didn't think were quite right, he is always fast to reply and honestly is looking after us. We will need something bigger next year and I think Essex car Company will be our first point of call. Great company to deal with.

The cars alright, running sweet and lived up to the expectations I had. There were a couple issues, things which could have been sorted prior to me collecting the car however, the team at Essex Car Company were very accommodating, took the car back, gave me a car while the issues were being sorted. The whole process was handled well and the attitude was sympathetic towards the issues we had. I've got another 12 months ext warranty through my finance company so will likely use these if I have any more issues.

This is the second time we have bought a car from Essex Car Company, and I can honestly say I wouldn't buy a car from anywhere else. The gents at the dealership are fab and really helpful and the cars are top quality. no doubt ill see them in a few years!

I bought my new car as a distant sale, which can be very scary but the salesman I dealt with (Sorry I cannot remember his name) was great. He is a real credit to Essex Car Company, he was diligent, polite, knowledgeable and really put me at ease. When buying the Land Rover, it was great. The salesman were really great and informative and so polite. really enjoying my new car. Being honest, I have had a couple of issues with the aftercare but this may just because of skeleton staff over the Christmas period. I'm sure it will all work out in the new year.

We headed down to Essex Car Company to look at a car for my daughter due to her recently graduating. My Daughter saw the beautiful BMW and we knew this was the car all her hard work earned.
