I am really happy with Essex prestige bought a little smart car from there and the service went above and beyond . I really don't know why people are giving them bad reviews they are genuine and will do anything to help you . The problem is people go in shouting at them for no reason as I witnessed and abusing them and expect help no way . Honestly these guys are tops I did have a little problem and they rectified it straight away honestly these guys went above and beyond for me . Maybe try speaking to them nicely that will make all the difference. Excellent service.

Just bought my new car from Essex prestige and read these reviews after can't believe it's the same garage have got nothing but good things to say about them they were very friendly, very relaxed atmosphere not watching over me or pushy salesman. The car was immaculate and just had 12 months mot on it was provided with a 3 month warranty aswell looked at 4 cars before I bought there one and by far the best showroom and service all round.

bought a lovely Range Rover evouge from here last month. My dream car was better than advertised and the saleswoman was really welcoming and thank god not too pushy. I saved a lot of money buying my car from her and not a used one from the dealer also.

Stay away from Essex Prestige Non stop issues with a high end car and they just fob you off with lies and deceit. Don't know how they are still in business as they are clueless when it comes to the motor trade.

Porsche boxter purchased in Feb. Initially pleasant salesman over the phone, even though I never met him. Purchased the vehicle a really uncomfortable and poor experience. Rude and very cold saleswoman. I've tried to make contact with these guys since as a current issue which they are aware of and no response as yet. The nice sales guy i spoke to initially turned bitter as a customer I have the right to expect the vehicle to come as described, but he quickly went from being nice to being unprofessional and unwilling to resolve because i challenged something and it still remains unresolved. Very disappointed. I can agree with the majority of comments here as I have experienced a poor service and still awaiting contact.

Just bought my new car a 2012 mini from Essex prestige salesman was very friendly and helpful and didn't pressure or bother us at all when we was looking at car was a very professional and friendly atmosphere and would definitely recommend and go back to again

Bought my new car a Porsche Boxster from Essex prestige last month and has been an absolute pleasure since even thou with all this awful weather I havnt been able to have the roof down yet hurry up summer. Have looked at the other reviews and can't believe it salesman was very friendly and polite and didn't pressure or bother us at all car was very well presented and they even put a brand new mot on it for us even thou it still had 6 months outstanding overall am very happy with the car and service they provided and would defiantly use again and recommend to friends and family

Love my new car, really pleased with their great service. It's nice to see a dealership run by honest kind people!! Even the car washer was helpful, kind and charming even though he was cleaning my car in the rain, poor thing! Would recommend Essex Prestige to anyone!
