I would like to start by thanking Reis at Essex Prestige, he is a credit to the company and extremely good at what he does. I could see the ambition and efforts he went to to provide the upmost care and service. I went to Essex Prestige after visiting many main dealers with no luck. I knew I wanted a new car, but I wasn't 100% sure on what I wanted to buy, I had a a couple of models in mind, but I wanted to test drive before making a decision. Reis went out of his way to ensure I could test drive the cars. For a young lad in that environment he is very switched on and professional. I decided on an Audi TT, with the help and knowledge from Reis. The car is spot on, a really nice car and I can't fault it. I have already recommended a few people and I will be back within a year or two so buy another car, something a little more practical but for now, I'm thoroughly enjoying the TT! If I'm completely honest, Reis and his knowledge and professionalism, is the reason I bought the car from here, I can't thank him enough. Essex Prestige is the example of a car dealership doing it right, they are a very well ran company with great staff.

Brilliant set up at Essex Prestige, it was an enjoyable experience buying a car from them. The guy who dealt with me was diamond, he looked after me and was a really nice fella! A friend of mine took me to the dealership to get the car and even he was impressed with the service and care provided, he will be looking at buying a car in next few months, and will be looking here first. I will recommend Essex Prestige to others, I was really happy with how they operate, I bought a Range Rover Sport and its great, very happy with it.

I just bought my 3rd car from Essex Prestige, I went for a Mercedes GLC, and I'm super impressed with it. Its running nicely and lovely to drive, the price was good and condition of the car is great. I initially spoke to Jaymie about the car, and she was fantastic, so much information, and also really helpful. I decided on the car and when I went to collect, it was Dawn who did the hand over, she was excellent. The little extra bits she did, went a long way, she connected the radio up, showed me all the control etc, and just got the car completely ready for me to jump in and go. They even changed the number plates over for me! I bought a Mercedes C43, and I'm over the moon with it. Thanks Essex Prestige, I will be back when I need something new!

I'm really pleased with the car I bought from here, its amazing! When I picked it up it was really clean, tidy and the advert reflected the car exactly! The person who dealt with me was really helpful and polite, I would be happy to go back. I love the Mercedes GLC, really really happy with it!

I recently upgraded from a Golf to a BMW 320D X Drive, and wow! What a difference, it took a while to get used to the size, engine and handling, but the car is absolutely perfect, I love it. Essex Prestige were great when I bought it, it all went very smoothly, and the transaction was handled really well, can't fault the dealership or car, very impressed!
