Found Essex Prestige on Instagram which isn't the usual way to find a car, but very glad that I did. Bought a lovely Mercedes GLE, its a lovely car and the service was superb. I'm a happy customer, would recommend these guys. Five stars from me!

My son and I was searching for a car for him for around 2 weeks, we came across so many cars that were faulty and so many dealerships that just wanted the money. When we found the BMW 118D at Essex Prestige, straight away we got a very positive feeling about it. The initial customer service was amazing, it could have been any better. The dealer couldn't have made it any easier for us, very straight forward process. It was a pleasure dealing with Essex Prestige and my son is absolutely THRILLED with the car, its perfect and in great condition. We will both be recommended Essex Prestige to others.

I was so happy with the customer service at Essex Prestige, they are good people and provide excellent service to their customers. Helpful and friendly the whole way through. The car is great, I'm happy with it, there was a few scratches and dents on the car when I viewed it and I asked that there were sorted before collecting, this was done and to a great standard. Really impressed and happy with the car and service. I would buy again and definitely recommend.

I bought a Ford Fiesta for my Daughter, we are really pleased with it, great price and great service. Dawn looked after us, she was friendly and helpful, and made it easy to buy the car. No problems with the Fiesta so far, so all good. I would happily buy from them again in the future.

When I went to Essex Prestige to see about the Golf, they didn't rush me or pressure me into buying, Victor told me I could test drive when I wanted and when I was ready, they allowed me to test drive on my own due to Covid restrictions. It was important for me to test drive to get a feel for the car. I decided I wanted it and they was great with the sale, Dawn and Victor made me feel comfortable and was not pushy. I've not had much chance to drive it any long distance yet, but I am enjoying it and its lovely to drive, from what I have driven so far. When I collected the car, it was sparkling clean and looked amazing. I'm really happy with it and happy with how the staff looked after me. Highly recommend.

I bought a BMW 520d, its brilliant, my Wife is mainly driving it and she's really enjoying it, it looks great and was a good price. It was very easy to deal with Essex Prestige, I went down, test drove, we decided we liked it and we completed the deal, straight forward simple process. The staff were really good, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would use them again in the future.
