I felt so comfortable when I was at Essex Prestige showroom, Victor has a brilliant personality that shines through to customers, he is helpful and welcoming, and made me feel at ease. The BMW Z I bought is literally everything that I wanted, the car is perfect, I'm very happy. I will be recommending Essex Prestige to others, and I wouldn't hesitate buying from them again in the future.

I'm really impressed with the Mercedes I bought, its a lovely bit of kit! Drives real smooth, and very easy on the eye. The car is great value for money, I'm very happy with it. The service provided was wonderful - helpful and friendly people. I would have no issue in recommended to others or going back myself.

I called Essex Prestige on the Saturday afternoon to enquire about the Range Rover Sport I saw online, I liked what I heard, so I provisionally agreed the sale. I went on the following Monday and collected the car, and it was exactly as described, I'm really happy with it and enjoying driving it. The service was brilliant, very helpful staff and it seemed easy and quick to complete. This is actually the 2nd car I've bought from Essex Prestige, so I think its obvious I highly recommend, and I'm pretty certain my next car will be from there again.

I first went to Essex Prestige and bought a BMW M135i - I absolutely loved it, I really did... However I am far too tall for the car, I was gutted. I went back to Essex Prestige and Victor really looked after me, he swapped the car for Golf GTI, which is much more practical for me and my height. I was gutted about the BMW, but I am absolutely over the moon with the Golf - its perfect! In great condition and a great price. Victor was amazing, he got the swap sorted for me quickly with no quibble. Dawn also helped me with the Golf and she is a fantastic lady with so much knowledge and care for the customer. The customer service was just outstanding! Between Victor and Dawn, I felt extremely looked after and valued. I know where I will be going in the future to buy cars, and I will be highly recommending Essex prestige for their stock and levels of customer service.

I am very happy with my BMW 320D everything is ok with it, and I'm enjoying driving it, it's a very nice car and nice to drive. Dawn in sales was helpful and very good. I would recommend Essex Prestige and use them again in the future when I need a new car.

I am really happy with the car, I love it. There's a couple of minor things on the Mercedes (hence the lower score) but I'm contacting the dealership to get them sorted, its nothing major and it doesn't change the fact that I am over the moon with the car and Essex Prestige in general. Dawn was extremely helpful, it was a very straight forward process and Dawn made it quick and easy, highly recommend the customer service here.

I bought a Mercedes, and its great, I'm really enjoying it, the car is lovely to drive and in great condition. I would give 6 stars if I could. I bought a BMW 640D and I am absolutely loving it, I love everything about it. As you can imagine its fantastic to drive and really looks the part. The customer service was just brilliant. from start to finish. I would highly recommend Essex Prestige, and I would gladly buy from them again. I can't fault the car or the levels of customer service provided.

I bought a Mercedes, its brilliant, running great and looks amazing. the washer jet is blocked, but due to the distance between me and the garage, Essex Prestige have booked me in a Mercedes garage local to me, and are going to pay for it to be repaired. There was no issue for them doing this, they were helpful and accommodating. The customer service was brilliant from start to finish and even when I found an issue. I would happily buy again from here and recommend to others.
