what a superb experience- absolutely brilliant customer service. a couple of guys helped out while I was buying and then a lovely lady looked after me while i was doing my paperwork. All were so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend and return again in the future.

I bought a Mercedes Benz C220 from Essex Prestige. Cant fault the guys that i came across they were all very good. I have unfortunately been having a slight issue with the secondary battery in the car but they have been really attentive in getting it sorted quickly for me.

I was a little nervous about buying from this dealership, I hadn't used them before and didn't know anybody else that had, so we read reviews and took the plunge, As soon as me and my partner got to the dealership, Victor welcomed us and instantly made us feel relaxed, I automatically knew that it was not going to be a stressful experience, and Victor had everything in hand. He did everything he possible could for us, on the car, price, paperwork everything, I cannot thank him enough. It was very nice (and different) to feel valued and important as a customer buying a car. I can't recommend Essex Prestige enough and it will most definitely be the first place I look when I'm in the market for something new again.

We bought a lovely Land Rover Sport from Essex Prestige, the guys down there are really nice, just easy to deal with and straight forward the customer service was brilliant. The car is driving perfectly, its lovely. We would happily buy from here again and recommend to our friends and family.

Considering the circumstances we are facing at the moment, my experience at Essex prestige was fantastic. The lady who looked after me was lovely and so helpful. The overall experience was better than expected. I had a few test drives elsewhere and the service I received at Essex Prestige was fantastic in comparison. I only really get out in it at the weekend with the situation at the moment but it is so nice to drive.
