Found the staff at Essex Prestige to be friendly and helpful when going through the buying process, nothing negative to report. Whilst I've not done much driving, I would still recommend them to others looking to buy.

The van has been great - it didn't come with a spare wheel though which wasn't ideal. The staff were helpful and friendly too. I'd give them 4 stars.

The staff were good - they told me everything about the van, and made sure it was all cleaned on pickup. A sensor in one of the wheels is playing up and there's a leak in the roof though. I did ring Essex Prestige about it but I haven't heard back as of yet. My experience with them was fine.

I've driven the car for a month and I'm enjoying it so far. Some of the paint is coming away in parts, but apart from that I'm happy with it. I dealt with Naz on the day and he was quite good but I did feel there was a bit of pressure to buy the car.

So far my new car from Essex Prestige is brilliant, I love it. There's been a slight issue since collection with an oil warning light on the dash, but this is getting resolved after speaking to the team at the dealership. Very good customer service during the sale as well.

My experience at the dealership was brilliant. I can't remember the name of the salesman, but he was very friendly and welcoming. They took me on a test drive to make sure I liked the car. I am finding the change to an electric car a bit 50/50, just in terms of charging it, but I would 100% use Essex Prestige again in the future.
