It’s rare to buy a car and drive away with it the same day, but the team at Essex Prestige made this a reality for me. A few years ago, I had a fantastic experience with Essex Prestige, so when I was in the market for a new car, they were my first choice. I drove away with my new pickup in June, and everything has been good but I'm still getting used to it. This is my first Ford Range, having driven an automatic before, so Ill see how I get on. The customer service was perfect everyone was super helpful. I was offered a test drive which helped my decision-making process, they even assisted with tax, and made the process simple and easy compared to the main dealers I'm used to. I didn't even know the dealership was so local to us. I will definitely be shopping here again. Plus, they even give you a follow-up call after the purchase to make sure everything is in order.
