The atmosphere at Essex Prestige in Harlow was exactly what I hoped it would be. It was such a relaxed environment without an arrogant salesman giving you the typical hard sales pitch. I wish that every salesman could be like Niall; then, second-hand car dealerships would not have the bad reputation that they sadly seem to.

Everything was perfect with my recent car purchase. The car was in excellent condition and thoroughly cleaned. Previously, I had purchased a Jaguar from a dealership in Halifax that was highly recommended. They assured me over the phone that the car was fine, but when I travelled from London to see it, I discovered major issues. They promised to sort it out, but never did. I am happy to tell you that my experience with Essex Prestige was totally the opposite, and it would be rude of me not to give them a 5-star rating.

So far, so good with my Tesla. My sales advisor and all the staff reassured me and made sure I was 100% happy that I wanted to go ahead with the sale. Honestly, the staff here are on point to deal with! I was blown away by how good my Ford Focus looks and how well it drives.
