Despite not living locally, Essex Prestige went above and beyond to arrange the delivery of my Ford Ranger. The car arrived within the promised timeframe, and I was able to see video footage of it via WhatsApp beforehand. The constant updates from the team made the entire transaction stress-free. When my Ford Ranger arrived, it exceeded my expectations—it looked even better in person than in the video! The car had been fully valeted and looked stunning when it arrived on my doorstep. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and I highly recommend Essex Prestige.

I decided it was time for me to change my car, so after a good search on the internet, I found Essex Prestige and a lovely Merc for sale with them that looked in immaculate condition. When I got to see the car in person, it looked even better than in any photos I had seen. I'm very happy with the overall outcome of my purchase and I would give them a score of 4.5 out of 5. I'm a strong believer that no one is perfect, but boy did this dealership close.

I recently used Essex Prestige after discovering them on AutoTrader. The service provided by Nick was outstanding—I couldn’t have asked for more, except maybe a free car! 😄 I love my Ford Kuga. although I encountered a battery issue initially, Essex Prestige promptly resolved it for me. They fully deserve nothing less than five stars. If I could score them more, I would, because I appreciate the fact that when I had this minor issue with my car, they resolved it for me, whereas other dealers may not have cared.
