I could not be happier with my BMW which I bought from Essex Prestige and I would 110% recommend this company to everyone. They did everything for me and when I say everything I mean everything, there was nothing left that I needed to do apart from come to collect the car and sign the paperwork which were both sat there waiting for me. I'm jumping for joy with my new car that I purchased from here and I will be back again when I fancy a change.

I was ready for an upgrade and I wanted to buy a Mercedes, I found one with this dealership and it looked in immaculate condition in the photos so I made the enquiry and the team were extremely helpful and polite. I came to view the car and I was made to feel welcome by Nick, he went through all the details about the car with me and answered any questions which I had for him. He did not come across pushy in any way shape or form and let me decide what I wanted to do in my own time without trying to pressurise me which was nice. I went ahead and bought the car in the end and i'm very pleased that I did so, it is a brilliant car and it runs like a dream.

I recently bought a Porsche Macan from Nick at Essex Prestige in Harlow and I have to say that I am very happy with my purchase. The Porsche Macan is a stunning car that combines luxury, performance and practicality. It has a sleek design, spacious interior and a powerful engine that delivers a smooth and exhilarating ride. Nick was a wonderful salesperson who made the whole transaction stress free, he was very informative, polite and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and gave me a detailed overview of the car's specifications and functions, he was very attentive and responsive throughout. Someone called Chris from their aftercare team even followed up with me after the sale to make sure I was satisfied with the car. I would highly recommend Nick and the Porsche Macan to anyone who is looking for a high-quality car and superb customer service.

I'm really happy with the Renault Master which I bought from here, it is out on the road earning the company money put it that way. With being a business I knew exactly what it was I was looking for, I did not want any messing around so I went in paid the money for the vehicle and off I went with it. It was a simple, quick, straight forward transaction which was exactly what I was looking for. I would score these a solid five for the experience, it really was that easy.

The Ford Ranger is magic! Its driven like a blooming dream since I bought it, not put a foot out of line! From when I arrived to the dealership, from then on it was quick and easy and no mither at all! Touch wood that I haven't tempted fait but for now ill be giving them the highest 4 stars, as we know, no one is perfect.

I recently purchased a car from Essex Prestige and so far, everything is going well. The staff at the dealership were helpful and friendly, and there was a gentleman with a shaved head who I believe was Nick. He provided excellent service and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I am pleased with the car itself, as it has been working perfectly so far. I have no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend Essex Prestige. They deserve a solid 5 out of 5 rating!

I came to Essex Prestige in Harlow to purchase a work van, I was looking for something reliable, something I could use day in and day out and something that wouldn't take much maintenance. After a good chat with Nick I went with the VW Caddy and man I am glad I did. The Caddy is the most suitable thing I could of gone for, it does the job perfectly, its perfect for work and runs a gem! Highly recommended for work vans!

I treated myself to a BMW 2 Series from Essex Prestige, coming from a Peugeot 208, it has been quite a step up for me and i'm really enjoying it, it's a lovely car.
The check engine light came on after a couple days and I was very impressed with just how quickly they took the car back and resolved the issue for me, that was really impressive.
If Essex Prestige isn't too far away for you to travel, I would highly recommend trusting them with your business, they are a company I am happy to rely on time and time again.
