Nick was informative, professional, and respectful of my needs, he did not pressure me into making a decision, but gave me honest and helpful advice. My cousin who works at the main Land Rover dealership in Knutsford inspected my vehicle and he told me that it was in excellent condition and everything is good with it mechanically. I am very happy with my purchase and I love driving my new Range Rover.

Genuinely the best customer service you could ever get from a car dealership. I don’t recommend buying a car anywhere else but from here. The salesman I dealt with treat me with the most respect and looked after me very well. I cannot thank him enough for the time he spent going through everything with me. No matter what car you buy from them or how much it costs they treat you like royalty! They have the best cars for sale and the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. If you're looking for a car then call in here. I enjoyed my time dealing with Nick and Dylan whilst buying my Ford Ranger from them recently, both of them are very pleasant, accommodating, they made me feel really welcome and they were extremely knowledgeable with all the questions I had for them. I had a wonderful experience with Essex Prestige when I picked up my car from them last month. Dylan was a top lad, I had a fair distance to travel and I caught the train to come to see the car, he went out of his way and came to collect me from the train station and took me back to their dealership. When we got there he showed me the car and he provided me with all the information I needed and answered any questions I had for him clearly and thoroughly, there was no hard selling involved and everything was dealt with in a professional manner, it was a really positive experience. I would highly recommend Essex Prestige to anyone wanting to make their next car purchase and I am going to go back there soon when my partner wants to upgrade her Jag to see what they can do for her.

Nick was exceptional and I had a wonderful experience buying my car from him and Essex Prestige. He was down to earth just like me and he was someone you could have good banter with not just a salesman that only cared about trying to sell you a car. He was not pushy and he knew exactly what he was talking about, i'm made up with my Audi, the car drives like a dream and I enjoy the time I get to spend in it.

Everything is going great with my Peugeot Partner and it is a great addition to our company, the transaction went very smoothly and the turnaround was quick. I noticed a slight problem with the car after I recently purchased it from them and as soon as I brought this to their attention the problem was resolved very promptly. This is a company that really care about their customers and take great pride in the service they deliver. I could not think of another company I would go to other than these to buy my cars from and I will recommended these to anyone wanting to buy their next motor.
