My new BMW M135i has been a massive jump up in terms of performance, luxury, comfort and everything in between, I am absolutely ecstatic with my new car and love the way it drives, feels and looks. There is a noise coming from the brakes which gives me a slight concern however, I am confident the team are going to help me get this rectified. The service was class, car is a dream and so far, Essex Prestige are a company I have confidence in.

I bought a Audi A5 for my wife, she fell in love with Audi as a manufacture with her old A1 and we are in a position to afford a nice upgrade for her. She has been made up with it, drives it daily.. defiantly earned myself some brownie points there. Dylan was brilliant, really nice to deal with and all the staff seem really on the ball over at Essex Prestige, There was a simple mistake which has lost a mark and is clearly just oversight from a very busy dealership, we had a parking ticket come through a couple weeks after trading in our old car, my wife has been into Essex Prestige and they have it in hand, they were very apologetic and happy to resolve this so it wouldn't stop me from buying from them again.

I have been wanting to make the leap to EV for the while but the only thing stopping me until now has been the infrastructure on EV chargers, long journeys can still be difficult and require a lot of planning however, things are slowly improving. I love my new Tesla, it's a nice size, sporty EV with good range capabilities. There was a small issue in the early stages and I was incredibly happy with how it was resolved by Essex Prestige however, it was quite an inconvenience for me getting this sorted. Nile was great, kept in contact and updated me throughout. I would defiantly buy from Essex Prestige again.

I have been on company cars for the last 10 years and have been spoiled rotten, this impacted my choice quite significantly, I went with a Land Rover Sport as I wanted something premium, I have had these in the past and understand the nature of the beast in terms of there reputation on reliability. I have been pleasantly surprised at how minimal the issues have been and the issues I have had have been dealt with very, very well. The warranty is comprehensive and easy to follow. Essex Prestige have been really nice to deal with start to finish, the service is unmatched and the car is faultless. I have always had big 7 seater cars but the X7 is the first BMW I have had, they are all very same same to be honest but I have noticed the Mercedes was a lot better o fuel and the BMW is a lot better to drive, comfort is the main thing for me because I do a lot of miles for work so I am very happy with the X7 so far. Nick is very competent in what he does and made the whole experience 10/10.

For the last 30 years I have had race and sports cars, this is the first I have owned which I would class as a Grand Tourer. The Mercedes SLK is a beautiful car, is performing really well and feels like a big step up from anything I have ever owned before. There has been a slight issue with one of the control boards that controls the interior lighting, from what I can tell it seems like quite a minor issues and I am in the process of getting this sorted through the warranty process. I am made up with my car and am in the process of planning a Europe tour next year.. I cant wait!!

I had a 5 series Plug-in-hybrid which served as a nice introduction to electric vehicles for us, after a couple years of driving this and wanting a change, it made sense for us to consider full electric. We had looked at a few different options and the Tesla Model 3 seemed like the perfect choice for us, Essex Prestige allowed us to take the car on a nice long test drive and that pretty much sealed the deal for us. Changing over to full EV has been no big deal for us really, we already had the charger and because of the test drive knew exactly what to expect. It's the best thing we ever did and has been so cost effective on fuel, we are noticing a big difference already. Thank you Essex Prestige!

Really happy with my New Tesla, I had a model 3 for a good 6-8 months but being quite tall, I really want something bigger. I enjoyed Tesla as a brand so looked at the model Y, Dylan from Essex Prestige was exceptional start to finish by giving me all the information I needed on the initial inquiry, coming back to me with the answers I needed and just being quick, professional and approachable. I love the car, it's perfect! The bigger size feels less claustrophobic and I've got more room to stretch my legs, it's the Duel Motor model and has really good range, range anxiety was a really struggle on longer journeys but I don't have this issue any more. I got a really good price on my trade in too which was a nice bonus, I couldn't recommend Essex Prestige any higher.

Victor from Essex Prestige is a familiar face and someone I have known for a long time, he always provide an exceptional level of customer service and despite knowing me for so long, maintains professionalism throughout. The car is nice, I have always been in big cars and was quite concerned with the insurance premiums increase, The BMW 3 series seemed like a happy medium for me but i am missing my bigger cars. Essex prestige have done everything they could for me and are even going to help me get the car back to factory as and when they have the bits available. I would recommend Essex Prestige as a company and wouldn't go anywhere else for my cars.

Our site manager was in need of a new works motor and loved the Ford Rangers, I was in agreement it was a fitting vehicle for the works he does and decided to trust Essex Prestige with our business, Start to finish they have been spot on, really good with the communication and the process felt professional as I had expected as a business owner. We are based quite a distance away from Harlow, I have had a couple minor things which are booked at to be looked at by Ford hopefully by the end of the week and depending on the severity, I will either swallow the costs or contact Essex Prestige to discuss, these seem like minor things like the entertainment system is freezing intermittently and there is a little wobble on the near side rear wheel. I have been contacted from the after sales care just to see how I am getting on and they all seem very accommodating and willing to help.
