Nick is the best person we have ever dealt with when we have gone to buy a car, he did not try to push anything on us, he ultimately made us make a good decision for ourselves, he talked us through the process really, really simply so we knew exactly what was going on, why he was doing what he was doing, what he was looking for, what the best options for us were, he knew exactly what he was doing and I thought to myself if I was going to buy another car I would go straight back to Nick. I could not speak higher of Nick and we absolutely love our Mercedes it is brilliant.

We are very pleased not only with our Land Rover but Dylan and Nick that we dealt with were also very, very helpful, we had no complaints whatsoever. The car was in a lovely condition and it had been cleaned so it looked immaculate inside and out, very well done seriously it was a top job 👌

I had a great experience buying my car from Essex Prestige. They have a wide range of quality used cars to choose from. I came here at first to see a different car but it was not the right on one. However, they showed me another car that caught my eye and I liked it immediately. They let me drive it a little and they explained all the features and specifications. The car was in excellent condition and the price was reasonable. I decided to buy it and they made the paperwork was completed in no time at all and off I drove in my new Ford Ranger. I'm delighted with the service from these guys and the car is certainly doing everything I need it to and I am very happy indeed with it.

I've bought two cars from Essex Prestige, previously I had a Land Rover from them and recently bought my Merc off them. On both occasions the service has been second to none and they really do go above and beyond to make sure that everything goes smoothly during and after the sale. It was Dylan that looked after me this time and he was a great guy, always smiling and making sure I was happy with everything before leaving their dealership with my new vehicle. I will continue to use these in the future and recommend them to all my family and friends if I happen to hear that they are looking for a new vehicle also.

After seeing the BMW advertised for sale online via Auto Trader with Essex Prestige at Harlow I read some of the online reviews which other customers had left and they were all positive so I picked up the phone and I arranged to go to see them in person and inspect the car. I arrived at their dealership and I was introduced to one of their sales people whose name was Craig, Craig was a lovely guy and we got on like a house on fire, he had great knowledge about the cars he was selling and a passion about what he was doing which made the whole experience an exciting one. I will always go back here now to get my cars off them and I will recommend anyone looking for a new car to give these a try.
