I dealt with Dawn at Essex Prestige and she made sure everything was absolutely spot on for me 👌 Credit to the valeting team too the S4 was immaculate! I was so impressed with all facets of the experience to be honest with you! I have run into no problems with the S4 since I bought it and it is a lovely car to drive.

"They don't hide away "

Anytime I call they pick up the phone and try to help as much as they can. They don't hide away. Things have been good with the BMW I bought and I think after a bit of a mix up with the car I traded in all is on the road to being sorted and I appreciate their co-operation very much.

I am a little bit biased but let me be the first one to say that my BMW is a very nice car! I haven't had any problems with it, it has run like clockwork since the first day it came home with me. There is nothing I can think of that would have improved any aspect of the purchase. The team were pleasant and all was complete in good time.

Essex prestige were excellent when buying my Mercedes A200, It was a hard choice but its a brilliant car so I couldn't say no, especially after the test drive! What I really like about the car is its just so comfy, it has very good breaks and its just a over all a very nice car. The people Essex Prestige were such nice people the customer service was was prefect. A faultless and very quick process to be honest!

I found Essex Prestige with it being so local and close by. I drove past a few times and when it was time for a new car I couldn't help myself but to go and take a closer look at the stock cars that were in at that time. I came across the Mercedes AMG and it was in perfect condition, looking fresh out of the showroom. I will be using V12 again, partly because of the excellent service that is provided for you when at the dealership (and aftersales) and because of how local the dealership is to me. A perfect, fast and easy way to buy a car is to buy your car from Essex Prestige!

From a Honda Civic to an Audi TT is a enormous upgrade. It took a while to get used to the TT but we are there now. I choose the Audi TT more for the performance and speed, to be honest I don't not like one thing about the car. She's a beauty.
I would absolutely use Essex Prestige again without thinking twice about it. Best impressed. I can't recommend enough.

Its quite handy having a friend who owns a dealership I guess, shoutout to Victor! It was actually my first time using Essex Prestige and I can confidently say I will be coming back when its time for a new car, and that's a fact! I had a very good look around the dealership, it wasn't the easiest decision as I had such a great selection to choose from but of course I went for the Mercedes C220! The car was 10000% as described, I cant fault it at all. Victor was so helpful and made choosing a vehicle as easy as it could be by sharing his wide range of knowledge. A 5 star dealership that you WLL want to buy your next car from. I cant recommend enough! Thank you Victor!
