Its funny actually, having a wife verity of cars with some being pretty prestige and expensive, I have a lot of compare against and the Mercedes E350 from Essex Prestige is just as good as, if not better than the most expensive car I have. Its the comfort, the way it drives and the smoothness that I love the most. I noticed a scratch just before the test drive and the guys got it done for me straight away with no questions asked. The staff were really quite a lovely bunch, very caring and had all the time in the world for their customers. No problems what so ever, 1 very happy customer. 😁

The Merc C250 was pretty perfect before the bump we had (someone drove into us). The car is not in the best of conditions anymore but it was brilliant before. I'm sure it will get back to looking fresh out of the showroom in no time. The customer service side of things was impeccable, spot on in fact no issues there at all. Its still going to be an overall 5 stars for the brilliant Essex Prestige of course!
Also special shout out to Rhis for being such a brilliant salesman.

I thought it was time for an significant upgrade after driving a VW Polo for the last few years. It was time I treated myself after all so I came down to Essex Prestige to purchase my self a proper big girls car. A Mercedes E300! I love the car its such a huge upgrade and I am so grateful that I have the opportunity to purchase such a nice car. Reis is such a nice chap that did a lot for me when I was in and around the dealership. He couldn't of done more for me, blown away by this service!
