A very professional dealership with very professional staff. I was highly satisfied with the service I received from my main salesman dealing with me and all of the members staff I came across during the time I spent at the dealership were so down to earth. I couldn't be happier with the BMW M2 I am having much more fun in this car than my old one. So far so good.👌

Ryan (our sales advisor) was so lovely from to finish, he was the nicest salesman I have seen. All staff that helped me along the way were very kind individuals. We had been recommended by a friend that had purchased a car from Essex Prestige before and had yet another great experience. The Audi Q5 is such a nice car, we had our friends asking where we got it from and of course we recommended / told them it was Essex prestige where we got such a brilliant, clean, reliable car from. I will continue to recommend to all friends and family! I would love to give a 5 star but there is always room for improvement and no one is perfect 😉

Fantabidosie! All is wonderful with with he BMW, a rear wheel drive car is nothing out of the ordinary for me so it didn't take much getting used to. I thoroughly enjoy driving the car though, such a smooth yet speedy drive. The experience was so nice, like a walk through the park. Casual, no pressure put on, nothing like your normal car dealers! No hard sell in the slightest. you just go in have a look around, tell them what you like and that's that, if you want it you buy it. A lovely stress free, genuine and pleasant experience. Thank you.

Polite, welcoming and friendly. I couldn't of asked for much more. I am jumping over the moon with joy with the Range SRV, It was presented to an ace standard! It looked pretty prestige ;) I would most certainly use this dealership again based on my recent experience.

When you know the car and the dealership are worth it, I guess you don't mind driving a 3 hour round trip for the perfect car that come with perfect service. The guys were so helpful from to start to finish, I literally can not fault them. I will always be prepared to travel to you guys, I will be back in time for an upgrade, I can assure you!

I would 10000% use Essex Prestige again when the time is right! The dealerships name says enough! A lovely please to be with plenty of lovely staff to help you along the way. These guys are more than helpful with everything! I was dealing with a lady called Dawn and the owner of the company and everything asked for I got. It was an in and out job. In, look at the car, test drive, out, drive away with the car. Simples.

Dawn is a lovely lady who is very good at her job and is highly knowledgeable, she was on the ball and always able to help where I needed. The customer service was top of the chart and everyone was so kind and welcoming. The Mercedes GLC is lovely, looked just how it was as described. Well presented and looking lovely the Merc was on my arrival. What a pretty girl she is.. I am talking about the car. 😉
