Everything was amazing from start to finish, I went for the Range Rover and it has been better than I imagined. The Prestige team provided brilliant service right from the get-go. I picked It up and it was immaculate, ready on time and I got a full breakdown of details before I drove off. The guys were spectacular - couldn't have asked for any better and can't fault the experience, one I will recommend to others.

I got my first Mercedes a couple of years ago and I thought that car couldn’t be beaten but I wanted to upgrade to a 4x4 and to be honest I couldn’t have been more wrong my GLC is even better. It is slightly older but it drives like it is brand new. Before I bought from the dealership I read a lot of reviews and they definitely lived up to them. When buying the car I noticed some little marks on the door and they got them put right for me before I left with the car and they even gave me a little pot to take home just in case. They knew that I had a long journey home and made sure the car was filled up with fuel for me. If I was in need of another car I would certainly be back.

Five stars for sure, I was very happy with the car buying experience I had at Essex Prestige. when I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome and the car I has come to see (a 2 Series) was sitting waiting for me. I spent some time with the car and found it to be in great condition and very clean. After a generous test drive I decided to move forward with the purchase. Buying the car was very easy, all the paperwork was explained thoroughly and the team couldn't do enough for me.

Essex Prestige have an incredibly professional and polite team. There was someone on hand to answer my questions but no one was 'hanging over' me. I bough a Scirocco from them and it is a nice car to drive and just as described. I can't think of anything more I could have wanted from them.

My Ford Ranger is PERFECT, I couldn't be more happy. It is amazing, not a single issue to be found. The team were so patient and understanding, they allowed me to take my time. It would 100% have to be five stars. If you haven't bought from this dealership before but are considering doing so I would be the first to say go for it.

I am really enjoying my Mercedes and I feel quite confident in it already. This is in huge part thanks to Rhianna showing me how to work everything because she knew I wasn't that confident about driving a different car. The lad who I was dealing with was absolutely sound! I was able to have a good chat with him about all things cars... great atmosphere! From start to finish everything was spot on 👌 My C220D is a proper cracking motor, I can't wait to get out on the road in it as much as possible.

I have been in the trade for 15 years give or take and I have bought my fair share of cars. I have got to say that Essex Prestige are the best car trading company I have ever dealt with. The sales process and the customer experience they provide is brilliant. My BMW is a blinder, a bit of a bigger fuel bill than I am used to but it is worth every penny.
