My Range Rover is gorgeous, it is immaculate inside and out and drives like a dream! I was kept in the loop of things at all times and felt really valued as a customer. My salesman was very knowledgeable and made it a really enjoyable experience. 10/10 !

Spot on from beginning to end. Dawn was lovely to deal with and was really helpful. Any question I had was answered and she was very organised about the whole viewing. I wasn't left waiting about, she was on the ball and had the car all ready for me when I arrived for the viewing. I am really pleased with how smoothly everything went, and would definitely purchase again!

A really helpful and accommodating garage! I originally went to collect a different Merc from Essex Prestige, but when I arrived it wasn't up to the standard I was expecting it to be, and I got cold feet about the situation. I explained how I wasn't 100% happy with the vehicle, so Reis was straight on the ball, finding me another car to take away. Within an hour and a half, he had found me a belter of a car that was definitely up to standards and look near immaculate. He managed to sort the paperwork, valet, everything within the space of 2 hours, so I am really pleased with how he managed to turn around the transaction. I highly recommend Reis, he was a great salesman from start to finish, and really went out of his way for me ,to get me THE car.

So far so good, I am loving my E220d is it driving exceptionally well, and is great fun on the roads. I believe Reis was my salesman and he was a great help through and through, answering any questions I had, showing me the car well etc. My Merc was in a really good condition for a second had car and had minimal to no wear and tear marks. I have already made a recommendation to a friend of mine who is currently on the market for an A180!

This is my second time using Essex Prestige and I am pleased to say that this experience is just as good as the fist! Reis was great to deal with and provided first class customer service from start to finish! He presented the car well and allowed me to view the car in my own time without feeling pressured or over looked. My S5 is a beautiful car, a real show stopper. WOW! The team at Essex Prestige provide first class customer service! By far I think it is the best I have ever received! From the get-go they were really welcoming and accommodating, offering us a selection of beverages etc. Throughout the whole sale the they were fantastic, I didn't feel pressured into the sale one bit, and was able to take my time looking around the Range Rover. The paper work wasn't too tedious either as Reis made it very straight forward. I highly recommend using Essex Prestige for your next buy, they have a wide range of top quality cars, as well as unbeatable customer service!
