I have bought 2 cars to the dealership now and sold one to them, and it's just absolutely fantastic. The service is always brilliant, and the staff are always on form and friendly. I always feel well accommodated by them, and hopefully, I will return again in the future. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

The Mercedes C-Class has been really good, other than a few issues which I have spoken to the dealership about. They told me I can bring it in and they will have a look, which is good. The gentleman who served us, I can’t remember his name, was great and really helpful. So even though I’ve had a few issues, I would still give them 4.5 stars.

"Sold van with an obvious oil leak"

The van had a leak from the main crank seal. Left anywhere for more than 2 minutes would leave an oil stain. How the van could have been serviced without spotting the obvious oil staining down the side of the engine i dont know! Sat nav doesnt work because antenna has been removed from wing mirror. Again easily diagnosable.

The staff were good - they told me everything about the van, and made sure it was all cleaned on pickup. A sensor in one of the wheels is playing up and there's a leak in the roof though. I did ring Essex Prestige about it but I haven't heard back as of yet. My experience with them was fine.

I've driven the car for a month and I'm enjoying it so far. Some of the paint is coming away in parts, but apart from that I'm happy with it. I dealt with Naz on the day and he was quite good but I did feel there was a bit of pressure to buy the car.
