As far as car buying goes, its not my favourite thing to do... However, really impressed with Essex Prestige, whilst buying my BMW M4 everybody was helpful and polite. No breathing down my neck and the salesman I dealt with was a fountain of knowledge - impressive. The BMW is great, very happy with it.

I went to Essex prestige to buy a BMW 320D that I had seen online, they were so good to me, really nice and welcoming and friendly. The customer service I received through-out was very good, really helpful and professional. I had an issue with the BMW and Essex Prestige got it booked in a garage the next day to be sorted I couldn't thank them enough, really shocked with how quickly they resolved this for me. I love the car and I will certainly recommend the dealer to others in the future.

I really like how Essex Prestige work, the team of staff are very helpful, polite and friendly and will always go out of their way to help. There's no pressure or hard selling from the sales staff, but they are very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I recently bought a Mercedes-Benz and I cannot fault it, this is the 2nd car I've purchased from Essex Prestige in the last 6 months, and both have been great. I highly recommend!

I bought a Range Rover from Essex Prestige recently and I was so impressed with Victor and how everything was handled he was absolutely bang on - did everything and more I expected. We was that impressed, we went back down Friday and bought another car for my Wife. I can't fault the process, cars or service we received. The Range Rover is a delight, I absolutely love it! Communication from start to finish was excellent from these guys .
Unfortunately my car developed a fault after a few weeks. I contacted them, as they told me "any problems "?, let us sort it if it happens. Of which they did, dropped off and all sorted within 48hrs. Very impressed and happy. Would highly recommend for peace of mind purchase.

A very well organised business, everything ran like clockwork, there was no waiting around. All paperwork and documents were ready and the car looked pristine when I went to collect. The dealer was very easy to deal with, they were friendly and welcoming. I will 100% be back when I want to upgrade. I love the Merc I've bought, it's so comfortable and nice to drive, its lovely. The salesman I dealt with was a top bloke, lots of information, advice and help - Thank you.

I can not fault Essex Prestige in the slightest, they have done absolutely everything possible to help me. I bought a car and had a few teething problems with it, they have resolved what they could, and booked me in a garage local to me to have the rest of the work done. They have been great with communication, actioned everything I asked, the customer service has been outstanding I definitely recommend.

I absolutely love my new Mercedes! I have had Mercedes in the past and loved them, but I'm blown away with this one, its a really lovely car and in top condition. The chaps at Essex Prestige went above and beyond for me. They got a few dents and scratches sorted, did a few bits to the wheels and also changed the plates over, just the added extra's that go a long way. Reece handled my sale and he was spot on - Thank you!
