I can't fault Essex Prestige at all, and I can't give anything other than 5 stars for all aspects. I bought a Volkswagen Touareg, there's been no issues at all, the car is brilliant. It's in great condition and the price was really good. I thought the customer service was really good, it was mainly Victor I dealt with, he was easy going, great help and just provided an all-round perfect customer service. I would happily recommend the dealership, mainly for the quality vehicles and the excellent customer service.

I went to Essex Prestige to buy a BMW 420D that I saw online, really happy with how the sale was handled, they were helpful, friendly and really informative. I will defo go back to see them again next time I need something new. The car is great, really enjoying it. I will 100% recommend the dealer to everybody looking for a new car with great service.

I bought a Range Rover Sport and the car is lovely, it drives very well and I'm really enjoying it. If I'm honest, I'm actually finding excuses to nip out just so I can drive it, I absolutely love it! I dealt mainly with Jaymie during the sale, and she was incredible, very helpful and accommodating. I also met Dawn during the hand over and she was also fantastic, very friendly. I spoke to a friend of mine before contacting Essex Prestige, and showed him the car I wanted, he said he had bought 2 cars from here and was mega impressed with the service and vehicles, so I trusted his recommendation - I'm very glad I did!! I will use Essex Prestige again in the future and happy to recommend on to others!

We bought a Volkswagen Golf a few weeks back and we're absolutely loving it, its lovely to drive, very comfortable inside. When we was at the dealership, the staff were lovely, really approachable people, very smiley and helpful and nothing seemed too much. The dealership have been really helpful, even after sale, I really can't complain at all. I will be recommending their expertise to others and we would be more than happy to buy from Essex Prestige again in the future.

I bought a lovely Jaguar F Type recently, its incredible, absolutely perfect. I'm very pleased with the car. I can't fault the staff at Essex Prestige, they were fantastic, very helpful and on the ball. I'd be more than happy to purchase another vehicle here in the future.

Our new Mercedes-Benz E Class is absolutely perfect, we love it! I've really enjoyed driving it recently, its a lovely car, great condition and when we collected it from Essex Prestige is was sparkling clean and tidy! Dawn helped us through-out the sale and she was amazing, so so helpful and kind. She explained everything to us, made sure we was happy and just generally looked after us. Everybody we saw/spoke to was really approachable and friendly, but Dawn really did go above and beyond for us! We will 100% buy again from Essex Prestige!

Very happy with my car and service provided

A quick and pain-free process. Its usually a stressful event buying a new car, especially when it's an expensive buy. But Essex Prestige made the experience enjoyable and easy. I bought a Mercedes GLC and its brilliant, I have given it a good run, put a few miles on it since buying and its perfect, really happy with it. The guys there provided a great service, I noted a few things I wanted sorting before collecting the car and everything I mentioned was done, they had everything ready on time. Just a nice experience, I will happily buy from here again in the future.

I would like to start by thanking Reis at Essex Prestige, he is a credit to the company and extremely good at what he does. I could see the ambition and efforts he went to to provide the upmost care and service. I went to Essex Prestige after visiting many main dealers with no luck. I knew I wanted a new car, but I wasn't 100% sure on what I wanted to buy, I had a a couple of models in mind, but I wanted to test drive before making a decision. Reis went out of his way to ensure I could test drive the cars. For a young lad in that environment he is very switched on and professional. I decided on an Audi TT, with the help and knowledge from Reis. The car is spot on, a really nice car and I can't fault it. I have already recommended a few people and I will be back within a year or two so buy another car, something a little more practical but for now, I'm thoroughly enjoying the TT! If I'm completely honest, Reis and his knowledge and professionalism, is the reason I bought the car from here, I can't thank him enough. Essex Prestige is the example of a car dealership doing it right, they are a very well ran company with great staff.

Brilliant set up at Essex Prestige, it was an enjoyable experience buying a car from them. The guy who dealt with me was diamond, he looked after me and was a really nice fella! A friend of mine took me to the dealership to get the car and even he was impressed with the service and care provided, he will be looking at buying a car in next few months, and will be looking here first. I will recommend Essex Prestige to others, I was really happy with how they operate, I bought a Range Rover Sport and its great, very happy with it.
