The sale of the Mercedes went as smoothly as it ever could of been, it was easy and hassle-free. It was the first time I have ever bought a car without seeing it first and I do not regret it. The car arrived in great condition, smelling great and certainly looked the part, it was gleaming. I found the car on ebay initially, I clicked on it had a look at the pics, I then went on to Essex Prestige's website and contacted them from there. It was as easy as that. Me and the dealer spoke over email and he was very responsive and kept me up to date at all times! Nothing less than 5 beaming stars for Essex Prestige.

Good as gold from start to finish. Great lads running the show, very thankful for each and every one of them! The Bentley gave me that much excitement when I got in it I didn't think about a single thing else! I am totally over the moon with it, its absolutely beautiful, I feel very proud to be the owner of this machine, thank you to the lads that made it happen!

Absolutely 10/10 customer service. These guys did everything for me, new tyres, an MOT, and they helped me a lot by getting the car serviced! It was so clean you'd think it was brand new! The lads were knowledgeable, helpful and have a great manner about themselves! No other place I'd want to buy a car from in the future.

I am absolutely belated with the BMW Z4, I have added a good fair few miles and all is going very well. The lads down there was absolutely outstanding, they were easy to talk to, easy to get along with, friendly, so so helpful and most of all would of bent over backwards to accommodate us! I was even picked up form the train station and taken to the dealership by a lovely member of staff! I am absoutley delighted and I would recommend to anyone! Nothing but 5 stars for EVERYTHING!
