To be fair I would say I was pleased with the customer service more so than I expected, when I first bought my Q5 it had only one key and I was a little disappointed. They explained to me that sometimes the previous owner will locate the old key and give it to the dealership and would you believe it a few days later they were on the phone to me saying the key had been found and they posted it on next day delivery. Other than that there was only a fault with the passenger airbag which they put right immediately so you cant say fairer than that. Since then the car has been great.

I absolutely love my Smart Car and I can't thank the helpful team at Essex Prestige enough! I dealt with a lovely member of the team call Rhiana who was thorough in showing me the functions of the car and wasn't pushy. I am not the type of person to give out 5 stars willy-nilly, Essex Prestige were very good but there is always room for improvement, even if it is by the smallest of margin so I will be rating 4.5*

The team at Essex Prestige were super easy to deal with and we would buy from them again! Especially if we were on the market for another Range Rover, they had such an impressive selection in stock. Dawn was so courteous to deal with and gave us time to look over the car and take it for a test drive. Both myself and my partner love the Range Rover Sport that we bought, it all that we were hoping for and more. We would rate them top marks across the board.

One down side about owning such a gorgeous vehicle is it attracts a lot of jealous eyes! But I love it and am going to keep it in just as good condition that it came to me in! The car is as good as new and drives incredibly well. I had no problems when I was buying the car and Reis was the perfect gentleman. Thank you Essex Prestige for my beautiful motor.

My S3 is fantastic! I love it! I have run into a bit of an issue surrounding the water pump but upon my investigation it does seem to be a common fault with this car. And it definately hasn't changed my oppinion! I am still made up with it. I was more than happy with the customer service too. Reis is an accommodating fella and very knowledgeable.
