Pretty standard experience. The staff were very helpful, and the car was well prepared and valeted for me. I wasn’t waiting any longer than expected, it was a simple transaction. The only issue is that the air conditioning hasn’t worked since I got the vehicle. However, I’m still pleased with both the car and the service.

The car has been great since the purchase. I did have a wheel bearing issue, but it is booked in on Saturday, so hopefully the warranty will cover it. Other than that, I had a very good experience and I would use them again in the future.

I dealt with the owner for much of the process, and he was very helpful. We also spoke prior to my visit, and he answered all of my questions. I have had an issue with the gearbox needing to be serviced and am currently in the process of getting this resolved. For this reason, I would give it a four-star review.

This is my first electric car. I bought a Tesla Model 3 from Essex Prestige, and the salesman took the time to go through all the features of the car with me. They were great, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them in the future.

After finding the vehicle we wanted on Autotrader, we travelled around 3 hours to make the purchase, and I am glad we did. The vehicle is absolutely fine, and the service was as good as gold. The staff were really helpful, friendly and prompt.

Before visiting Essex Prestige I was a bit concerned because I didn't know the garage and I saw some bad reviews before going to view the Audi TT with my son. However, everything was fine. The staff were nice and helped me where they could. I'm happy with the car but 4 stars because I do need new tyres, which they did make me aware of, and I will have to get some new brake discs and pads.
