In general, I'm pleased with everything. The customer service was courteous, friendly, and made the dealership a welcoming place. I'm truly impressed by the speed at which they finalized the deal. Their honesty and willingness to exceed expectations even before my visit to collect the car really stood out to me.

I am very pleased with the service, it was incredible. I had a slight issue but it was sorted with no mither in the click of the fingers. Nick was so helpful and kind throughout and full of information! Such a welcoming team that I would have no issue buying a car from again! Thank you!

I'm seriously happy about the Mercedes! It's all been smooth sailing and I'm super thrilled with it. Personally, I'm head over heels for this car, and my husband is equally smitten. When we're behind the wheel, it's a pure joy. The whole experience was spot on. The folks there were cool and accommodating. We popped in to test the car and the guy was super chill, even rearranged a bunch of cars just so we could get to the one we wanted. Everyone was polite and the vibe was just right. a total 5 out of 5. They even went the extra mile for the test drive, making it all a perfect fit.

Everything is fantastic. I take great pleasure in driving my Mercedes C Class, even though it's mostly limited to weekends due to my work commitments. It's a truly delightful car and serves as my weekend getaway vehicle. The car itself is quite impressive.
The customer service I experienced has been top-notch. The team has been extremely helpful and their service is nothing short of brilliant. All in all, I have no complaints, and I'm giving it a solid 5 out of 5 rating. I wouldn't hesitate to choose their services again in the future.

I purchased a beautiful BMW 2 Series, I love driving it I just need a few bits of the cosmetic side of things touching up but that's just me ahha. I am loving the Testa Model 3 it is a dream. I am always loving my long drives from London to Manchester in it! The process was very quick, I did all of my application on line then I got a message to say my car was ready, that was that and I was on my way to pick it up. These guys were so good on the phone and great at communication! Very much appreciated!
