There isn't a single thing Essex Prestige could have done to improve my experience with them. The team were informative and so polite, any questions I had they got the answers for me promptly. Without a doubt five star service! The Mercedes I bought from them doesn't skip a beat, I am made up with it. See you all for the next one.

They were so accommodating at Essex prestige! I ran into an initial little problem with my Range Rover but they got this put right for me and even supplied me with a curtesy car so I didn't have to go without! Since then the car has been doing amazingly well! It is just what I have been looking for.

The team at Essex Prestige are massively helpful, the customer service is unparallel to anything else I've ever got before. They are the best! I absolutely adore my Mercedes, I did find a few minor issues in the beginning but these were resolved immediately! I recently bought my wife the Mercedes GLC, as they are monster sports SUV's! They look like the batmobile my wife says, she loves it! We decided to go with the GLC as there is enough room for the grandkids, but it still has the fun sports feeling about it, that we all know and love! Dawn did a cracking job at selling us the job, she was spot on from beginning to end, and everything was professionally done! Everything was done to in a timely and organised manner, I can't find a single fault with the sale! Me and my wife are over the moon with the GLC, and would recommend anyone to pay Essex Prestige a visit!

I am very pleased with my Corsa all in all, it is doing well and drives lovely for me. The lady who I dealt with, Rhianna, was a pleasure to deal with and not pushy in the slightest. She was informative about the car and was able to answer all my questions. For me I would definitely say my car buying experience was five star.
