I had been looking for a specific E-class for a while and saw that Essex Prestige had just the one I was looking for. The car was beautiful, and very well kept! It was a very quick, turn around and every member of staff was kind, helpful and happy to explain everything. The Mercedes is driving a dream! 5 stars 🌟.

The only thing that could've improved my experience, is if the team stopped the bleeding rain when I came to view the car! It was chucking it down! Apart from that, my experience with the Prestige team has been fantastic! The Jaguar that I came to view, blew me out of the park, it was gorgeous, and the young lady who helped me through the sale was a superstar. She got everything sorted for me, and I was never left waiting around. I will definitely be passing on my recommendations, and would happily visit again, (weather dependent haha!)

Essex Prestige have been so good in helping me out. I did encounter a little issue with the GLC, and had to go through the warranty, however, they have been great in getting the car back in the garage for me and getting it sorted. There were no qualms about sorting the car for me, they just cracked on with it straight away. Apart from that little bump at the beginning, the car is fantastic, and I can't praise the team enough for their hard work!

I was in and out in no time, it was so simple and easy buying my Merc. The car is wonderful and is so nice to drive, I can't fault it one bit. My RS6 is performing well and is such a pleasant car to drive, it performs as expected and lovely and smooth. All the staff were very friendly and more than willing to help during the purchase. The car was in great condition and there was no messing about or delays. I would definitely return here for my next car, they are great.

My A200 is superb, it is such a brilliant car, I am in love haha! It is lovely to drive and looks so smart as well, I feel like royalty driving around in it. The Prestige staff were great to deal with and made it a really easy sale. I would definitely refer back to these guys if I was ever after a change, it was a great experience!

I have now sold the RS4 as I was offered an RS6 for a very good price, however, when I did own the car it was fantastic. I had no issues with it whatsoever, I just couldn't turn down RS6, it was a no brainer. Dawn was great when I was buying the RS4, and got everything sorted for me so I have no complaints and would happily buy from them again.

After looking at the reviews I knew that I wanted to buy from here, with such a good reputation I knew I was going to be looked after. I was looking for an Audi A5 S line, and I saw this one pop up, and it looked in immaculate condition, everything about the car from the colour, to the spec, to the mileage and price was exactly what I was looking for. I made the journey to Harlow all the way from Portsmouth as I was very confident that the car was exactly as described. When I arrived the car was perfect inside and out. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, they provided excellent customer service throughout. When the time comes for a change I will definitely be looking at Essex Prestige first, they are the best in the game!
