My Porsche runs very nicely, everyone comments on what a lovely car it is, I recently put a cruise controller on it which I am very happy with. The overall experience that I had with Essex Prestige was a very positive one, the fact that there was an issue with the Porsche communication management unit and I had to pay to get this replaced. Essex Prestige did not quibble about paying for this and it made me think very highly of them. Based on this I would certainly do business with them again in the future.

I am OVER THE MOON 🌙 with my Mercedes! It feels so luxurious inside and man can that thing move! 💨 Dylan is a top lad to deal with, I got on with him really well! I have already been recommending Essex Prestige to my mates, they'd love it here!

I bought my first Porsche from Essex Prestige and it is shaping up to be quite different (in a good way) to my previous cars, it is much more superior in many aspects. On the whole the customer service was brilliant but Nick in particular was fantastic. I couldn't fault him, his knowledge was unmatched. I am ecstatic with with purchase and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Never mind 5/5... I would give Essex Prestige 6/5!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phenomenal customer service and Dawn was an absolute gem. The C Class they sold to me is bang on the mark and I have really been enjoying it. That being said I haven't been able to resist looking at what else they have in stock at the moment and I have got my eye on a coupe... so I might be back sooner than I planned to be.

I cannot find anything wrong with the experience I had when buying my Merc from Essex Prestige. What most struck me was how quick the transaction was, the Merc was ready to be taken away and in pristine condition! The customer service was quite literally perfect and the car hasn't given me any bother. I would rate 5/5.

My Discovery is a great car, initially there were a few things that needed fixing but the warranty took care of it without any hassle. Haven't has any previous experiences with Essex prestige so I was very impressed with the customer service, I mainly dealt with a chap called Dylan and he was particularly good! I would definately buy from here again.
