Very nice professional service from Dawn. She courteously explained everything to us and all aspects were quickly organised. We had some very minor issues with the car and they were resolved with out any drama and they were just very helpful in general. The Porsche has since been really good.

I think we all know what it can be like when you are buying a car but the guys here made the whole process very painless for us. We couldn't have been at the dealership any more than 30 minutes! The Mercedes is pretty much perfect! There is a tear in one of the seats that will need addressing at some point but other than that we are satisfied with the car 😊

I have owned my BMW for about 2-3 months now and I have to say it is absolutely perfect! I am just as happy with it now as I was when I first picked it up. I dealt with Reis throughout and he is clearly very good at what he does, he talked me through all the operations of the car and took me for a thorough test drive but was never pushy.

All is well and good with the AMG I bought from Essex Prestige, there were one or two little things with it when I first bought it but they got this sorted for me promptly and I can't grumble at that. Customer service was really good from start top finish, I mainly dealt with Reis he ensure that the hand over went through efficiently. They were also always prompt with their responses so I never felt the need to chase.

I am so impressed by the experience I had at Essex Prestige, I got all round good service. I don't think there is much that would have improved the experience ..other than a champagne reception maybe? 😂😜 But what wouldn't that improve!? But in all seriousness they did really look after me, I had lots of questions prior to the purchase and they answered them all. The Porsche has be amazing for me, it is such a nice car! I don't think the experience could have been better!

I bought a Smart Fotwo from Essex Prestige and I have to say I am happy with both the car and the staff. My main point of contact was Dawn, who showed me the car and arranged the test drive. When it came time to collect with the car I dealt with a few other team members alongside Dawn, they were all cheerful and polite. There was no point where I felt under pressure to buy any add ons. I would recommend and consider Essex Prestige for my next car.

To be fair I would say I was pleased with the customer service more so than I expected, when I first bought my Q5 it had only one key and I was a little disappointed. They explained to me that sometimes the previous owner will locate the old key and give it to the dealership and would you believe it a few days later they were on the phone to me saying the key had been found and they posted it on next day delivery. Other than that there was only a fault with the passenger airbag which they put right immediately so you cant say fairer than that. Since then the car has been great.

I absolutely love my Smart Car and I can't thank the helpful team at Essex Prestige enough! I dealt with a lovely member of the team call Rhiana who was thorough in showing me the functions of the car and wasn't pushy. I am not the type of person to give out 5 stars willy-nilly, Essex Prestige were very good but there is always room for improvement, even if it is by the smallest of margin so I will be rating 4.5*
