Very pleased with the customer service I received, everybody was friendly and welcoming. I purchased a GLC and its absolutely great, I like the drive of it and the interior is lovely, its just what I expected. I'm happy to pass on my recommendations to anybody looking to buy a used car.

I thought it was time for an significant upgrade after driving a VW Polo for the last few years. It was time I treated myself after all so I came down to Essex Prestige to purchase my self a proper big girls car. A Mercedes E300! I love the car its such a huge upgrade and I am so grateful that I have the opportunity to purchase such a nice car. Reis is such a nice chap that did a lot for me when I was in and around the dealership. He couldn't of done more for me, blown away by this service!

A dealership that has no messing about. Ever heard of anything like it before? Me neither. This was an in and out job with no messing in the slightest. The process was so easy and quick. A very professional dealership with very professional staff. I was highly satisfied with the service I received from my main salesman dealing with me and all of the members staff I came across during the time I spent at the dealership were so down to earth. I couldn't be happier with the BMW M2 I am having much more fun in this car than my old one. So far so good.👌

Ryan (our sales advisor) was so lovely from to finish, he was the nicest salesman I have seen. All staff that helped me along the way were very kind individuals. We had been recommended by a friend that had purchased a car from Essex Prestige before and had yet another great experience. The Audi Q5 is such a nice car, we had our friends asking where we got it from and of course we recommended / told them it was Essex prestige where we got such a brilliant, clean, reliable car from. I will continue to recommend to all friends and family! I would love to give a 5 star but there is always room for improvement and no one is perfect 😉
