Really helpful guys down at Essex Prestige, all my questions were answered with no problems whatsoever. All in all the Range Rover is doing well. It is a comfortable car to drive and I can't find any issues whatsoever! I would happily recommend and use again.

Absolutely perfect! No issues whatsoever with the Berlingo, it is a cracking van and is serving its purpose very well! It's not as clean as it was when I first got it, however, that is due to my trade of work! I have no complaints about any part of the sale, Reis was great, thank you all!

The team effort at Essex Prestige was fantastic, everyone was easy to communicate with, and always offered a helping hand. Rhi was the lady I dealt with and she was fantastic, she showed the the car, put didn't put a time limit/ pressure on the sale. The car was just as described, it was everything I was expecting and more. I would definitely use Essex Prestige again and would recommend them to anyone!

We have no complaints regarding our Merc! It is doing very well and is a lovely looking car. Everyone at Essex Prestige was very helpful, (special mention to Reis) whose communication was great, he liaised with us throughout and kept us well in the loop, we never felt the need to chase him. Everything he did was spot on, I can't fault the him or the team one bit!

Everything was amazing from start to finish, I went for the Range Rover and it has been better than I imagined. The Prestige team provided brilliant service right from the get-go. I picked It up and it was immaculate, ready on time and I got a full breakdown of details before I drove off. The guys were spectacular - couldn't have asked for any better and can't fault the experience, one I will recommend to others.

I got my first Mercedes a couple of years ago and I thought that car couldn’t be beaten but I wanted to upgrade to a 4x4 and to be honest I couldn’t have been more wrong my GLC is even better. It is slightly older but it drives like it is brand new. Before I bought from the dealership I read a lot of reviews and they definitely lived up to them. When buying the car I noticed some little marks on the door and they got them put right for me before I left with the car and they even gave me a little pot to take home just in case. They knew that I had a long journey home and made sure the car was filled up with fuel for me. If I was in need of another car I would certainly be back.

Five stars for sure, I was very happy with the car buying experience I had at Essex Prestige. when I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome and the car I has come to see (a 2 Series) was sitting waiting for me. I spent some time with the car and found it to be in great condition and very clean. After a generous test drive I decided to move forward with the purchase. Buying the car was very easy, all the paperwork was explained thoroughly and the team couldn't do enough for me.
