Was passed on from salesman to salesman - none of them returned my calls. I really wanted to buy the car i drove an hour and a half to test drive - nobody senior was available to give me a trade in price for my car - I was told they would call me later that day. No call. I telephoned to chase a couple of days later to say I wanted to buy car and would pay a deposit once figures were confirmed. Was advised another salesman would be dealing with it and call me back with figures. Again no call back. Called again the next day - was told car sold!
