Then when i turned up, I viewed the vehicle and it was filthy inside and out, had one tyre that was illegal and all 4 tyres were different, yet I was told it had passed all the tests for sale. They refused to let me do a test drive until after they had valued my part ex, which would take at least 20 minutes and i would have to come back another day because they had another customer coming. The very next day the online price of the vehicle was increased by £1200. The sales staff and sales manager are liars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

But was told by one of their staff that he could arrange an earlier appointment if he arranged his own transport, so he could get his car repaired. So when he phoned them to organise this, his appointment and loan car was then cancelled to then be told there is no earlier appointments and that his previous slot had now been booked up, and the next available day was Wednesday. No idea why they would cancel an appointment, before knowing full well that they have a free earlier appointment. So now, with a rough sounding car, he is having to sort out more arrangements, which is causing great stress. Very disappointed with the service and customer care from here.

The advert says that they will beat "Wewillbuyanycar.com" valuation but their valuation fell far short of the on-line figure and despite being shown the figures involved, would not move. My wife and I had to wait almost an hour for the valuation to come through from head office. By now it was too dark to have a test drive and so we arranged a test for the following morning. Just before we set off for the garage they rang to say the car had been sold. Had the valuation been sent through speedily and exceeded the on-line valuation we would have bought the car. I complained to the manager, who apologised, but did not seem to appreciate the inconvenience. I have to say that the salesman who dealt with us was helpful and this was not his fault.

Actual car valuation was completed by Evans Halshaw Wrexham way short of online car valuation, poor customer experience by staff who had no idea how to deal with people, some staff more untreated in their computers/mobile phones than dealing with customers. Some staff were untrustworthy, you need to have a witness present just in case they claim that an offer was not made. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere is my advice.
