I bought a Peugeot 308 3 months ago. I expected one or two extra holes in the dash for radios etc and other mods for Police equipment. Nothing drastic, just a couple of holes I put rubber grommets in and I needed to remove a fire extinguisher bracket in the boot. It's been trouble free as you'd expect from a 2017 reg car. All for £2-3000 less than a High Street car dealer.

Bought a van few weeks ago and now advisories appear on dashboard.Contact the company and said to bring the car back to them for diagnostic.We are few hundred miles away from them and we use the van on daily basis for business purpose.That’s ridiculous and completely unprofessional.The lady advise as well to remove the battery for 30 minutes and this “probably will sort the issues”.Really???I will not recommend them at all.I didn’t read their reviews before.Big problem

Not a particularly pleasant experience in the end. I found what I thought was a clean, looked after Volvo S80 on their website, asked for interior pictures and received two with extraordinarily little detail in them. after a 3+ hour drive to view and test drive the car I told the gent that I wanted to look at the tyres and brakes before I got in, to which he said "you know its ex-police" as if that meant that everything would be spotless and I should just take the keys and drive off. Both brakes and tyres were worn excessively which was not stated in the advert (which also stated things like full service history, 12 months MOT, good condition all round, all of which were badly false) when I got into the car 5th and 6th were very loose and the clutch bit very high both of which would have needed immediate attention. Other than mechanical issues the electricals were a mess with wires hanging out of the steering column and OBD reader as well as in the boot where the spare tyre should have been. The fixtures inside the car were either missing or broken with the steering column cover coming completely loose brackets where I presume police equipment was attached and roof liner interior lights dangling. There was also a service overdue warning, a brake wear warning light on, and the entire infotainment system either frozen or not connected to controls, so it was stuck on the radio with no access to Bluetooth pairing or navigation. overall, a wasted and disappointing day and to top it all off they did not process the refund until 3 working days later so they are now delaying the purchase of the car I decided to go ahead with. Pretty shocking, with no admission or apology for false advertising.

Awful customer service. I went to look at a couple of BMWs that they had the same in but one had less miles than the other. I asked if they had the one with less miles so I could look at it. The guy had no idea what cars he had, he said if it's not here he's got it, who's he? He wouldn't stand still and actually talk to me. When I mentioned about the other car I was told what's 7000 miles difference anyway. At that point I just walked away because I couldn't believe how bad the service was. He hasn't even had my money and he's awful. I wouldn't like to think how bad their service is once they have your money. The cars were in awful condition too. You're welcome
