Very good experience. I purchased a mondeo titanium as the review says great people great cars great price, thank you to everyone at Excellent Cars.

Bought a Chevrolet Captiva off Excellent Cars a couple of years ago avoid at all cost. It had an oil leak from the sump which on closer inspection had been welded. After 6 weeks had to have a new gearbox fitted. When I phoned they didn't want to know even though I was quite within my rights to ask for a full refund. Couldn't be arsed to argue with them stood the cost and traded it in at a proper car dealership, grant and macallans at halfway. AVOID

Buyer beware! I bought a car from this garage, 24hrs later the car had broken down, contacted the garage and they basically said nothing they can do and claimed I had said I was a trader!! Long story short took them to court, won the case finally got my money back, do yourselves all a favour and look elsewhere unless you want a long/tiring/stressful court battle on your hands with your money gaining interest in their bank! Excellent is certainly not the word for this company!! I urge you not to buy but if you are having problems please persue and do not back down to them! It can be done!!

Sorry Guys! I was very happy with the deal we did when I bought my Grand Voyager, but when I took delivery of it, I soon realised that although the car had been washed, it had not had the valet service that I was made to believe it would have, the cream interior was covered in black oily fingerprints, it had not been hoovered out, and the engine compartment was disgusting, but I decided not to bother complaining, but three weeks after buying we had a couple of hot days, and that was when I discovered that the Air con was not working, again I didn't want to complain, so I took it to my local garage to be re-gassed, but unfortunately it only lasted a couple days, and I was told the unit needed replacing, so then I emailed Excellent cars (Twice|) but didn't get a reply, so I then rang four times, each time being told that whoever dealt with me was not there, but would ring me back, Alas! no-one ever did, on my 5th call one of the salesman told me that the Warranty didn't cover the air con unit so they wouldn't be able to help! Unfortunately! they NEVER gave me a copy of the Warranty, so I don't know if he was telling the truth or not, but! although it's not the end of the World, it will be their loss rather than mine, because I run a business and have seven cars in the fleet, and I generally buy at least two cars per year, BUT IT WON'T BE FROM EXCELLENT CARS!!!
