On our arrival at Excellent Cars, the salesmen were very polite at all times. They allowed us to take our time to look around the car we had chosen and went out on a test drive and did not feel pressured or pushed into buying. Me and my partner saw a silver Nissan Quashqai on autotrader. After needing a bigger family car we decided to view this car at 'Excellent cars'. When we arrived, the showroom was poorly lit. We was taken to the car and was informed it wouldn't be in the showroom long as it was extremely popular with being a great drive with no issues. The boot was already open so we completely missed the fact it had no rear window wiper. Didn't even cross our minds as it was a sunny day so didn't need to use it on the test drive either. We decided to get the car with help from finance but was left waiting a week to be able to collect. After the sale, the staff turned rather rude and quite clearly didn't want to cooperate any further. We eventually picked the car up, the tyres were suppose to be at 32 and was only at 19! We had a phone call several days later to inform us that they had forgotten to put the lock in wheel nuts on and had to send them through the post. We then discovered that the drivers window didn't work at all and the passenger window could only be worked from the drivers side. A few months later, we felt a few unusual movements but thought no more of it. A few months after that, the engine completely packed up and cost us £1500 to get fixed... along with new brakes and discs. The car came with no parcel shelf and the panels on the back doors keep popping out. The steering wheels leather was peeling and we're forever cutting our fingers on the inside door handles as they're so sharp. The other thing we didn't notice was the amount of little scratches all over the car which again was hidden by the low lit showroom. Very disappointed with the whole sale of the car and I should have stuck with my gut feeling and walked away. Unfortunately I didn't. But it's left me more aware of exactly what I'm looking for in the future. Definitely give this company a wide birth.

After purchasing A Hyundau Santa Fe from these excellent bunch of guys I had a major problem with the car to which there was no hesitation in returning it and having my money refunded I can highly recommend this company who have been very fair and easy to deal with

We purchased a used car from this dealership more than 2 yrs ago We could not have asked for a better service at the time the salesman was polite, friendly and perceptive to our needs There was no pressure to buy quite the reverse in fact In the 2 years + since the purchase we have been more than satisfied. The car has just sailed through the MOT once again with no work required I would happily recommend this dealership

After buying a Nissan Qashqai from these guys and finding a few niggly problems the team sorted each problem out promptly including a new tyre and brake discs and pads. Unfortunately another problem arose with the (DPF) and after a trip to the local Nissan garage it was discovered to rectify the problem would be very costly so the lovely Noel and myself decided to end the deal and return my money with no quibbles. I would definitely recommend Excellent Cars to anyone.

Avoid like the plague !! Do not buy a car from this dealership ... I purchased a car which I was told I could drive away the same day as I travelled a long way to view this car to find that when I got there the car was not as advertised. I found a few issues with the car in which I was promised would be rectified and the car would be delivered 5 days later...... I still hadn't received the car so I had to make several calls to the salesman who I dealt with until finally I spoke to him and he said that they had found an oil leak and was repairing that before they dropped the car off in which they said would be the next day what turned into the next day and the day after that .....finally I got the car to find that it was still leaking out oil clearly onto the pavement my friend checked over the car for me who owns a well established m.o.t station the car was dirty and not been valeted as promised the driver told me he was told to put it through the car wash and now a oil leak.... I sent the car back and had to make continuous calls to them as no one would ring me back to tell me anything finally I got a call from them saying they would fix the problems and I would get the car back in 3 days time.. this time I got them to deliver the car to my friends garage in which they did to find the car still was leaking oil and the gear box was clearly on the way out.... I was advised NOT to have this car as it I not fit for purpose and is NOT as described... the company is a joke they all pass the book I'm suprised they still have a business. ... I will be contacting trading standards ......

Very helpful and polite salesman let us browse at our leisure without any interuptions. Collected car on Saturday but unfortunatly had a fault on the heating.rang up and was told to fetch it back for repair which was done quickly and without any fuss. Courtesy car provided while been fixed. Would recommend and would buy again from them

Please look for another car dealership. I bought a Nissan Quashi and didn't even own the car more than a day everything went wrong. When we took the car away after 5 mins the car started shaking at 40 mph so I took it back they changed the brake discs and pads and discs it was meant to have passed a clean MOT. They borrowed us a car in the mean time, they delivered the car to me took the other back , after a day the engine management light came on absolute joke I took the car back, got my car back I traded in and money please I would ask any one not to bother here.
