Bought this car for £11,000 legally owned it for three weeks,physically had it for less than 24 hours and done a total of 38 miles, it has been in the garage the test of the time. I bought it on a Monday they had it back Tues morning they had it for a week and a half got it back on Tues night something went bang under the bonnet had to nurse it him with hazards on (very embarrassing) the same day I collected it, rang to say I want my money back and being messed around,will be taking Fort Used Car Centre to Court to get my money back. DO NOT buy a car from them.

Bought Audi s6 from the Fort used car centre. Broke down 2x and I had to foot the bill for it to be recovers 1st time . Got it on finance luckily I did. Air intake valve 1st problem . 2nd problem coil pack . When the car broke down 2nd time with coil pack problem it was sat outside my house for 2 weeks broke down . So I informed bank and waived my rights to reject the car. Bank told fort not to repair the car , but the did and blamed me for sticking a rag into the intake manifold and I sabotaged the vehicle . Can you believe it . Won't pay me my deposit back. I wil. Be taking them to court for this and compensation and all the stress the put me. Absolutely shocking do not nun a car from this company cause when u have problems they won't help you. Should be ashamed of your self bad business

Hi again fort I'm still awaiting my call back over the Audi S6. You have had the car now for over a month and still won't pay my deposit back to me after you sold me a dodgy car then had audacity to blame me for sabotaging the car. Shame on you fort used car. And Sharon getting hold of you in like getting hold of fresh air obsolete . This company is an absolute disgrace . Shame on you and how you run this god forsaken shambles of a company fort used crap .liers , .decetful never return your call . I've Called use like 10 x sent numerous emails had my solicitor call you and no call back. I will be taking legal action with small claims court you poor excuse of a company. Brought an Audi A5 from the fort used car centre on 3/5/17 and took it away on the 4/5/17 as it was ready to go with an AA inspection, I have to say my service was outstanding from both the sales man Gary and the assistant jill who handed over the vehicle, I love my new car and so do all my friends and family, I'd highly recommend the fort used car centre to my friends and family, 10*

I purchased a Peugeot 207 hdi sport from Fort Used Car Centre in March 2017 within 1 week the gearbox broke .had to have new tyres fitted because they were faulty Electrical problems And still constantly having problems with the car. I will been lied to by the garage and the finance company who is in house This is about the worst garage for selling dodgy cars and have no customer service at all . I would seriously consider your options before attempting to buy a car from these people . Be warned a shiny car doesn't make it roadworthy Don't put yourself in a position where you could land up where I am today

As discussed with you on several occasions we have not refused to rectify any issues with your vehicle despite you being out of warranty. The dates we had you booked in are as follows: 28/04/2017 03/05/2017 19/05/2017 Unfortunately on all three occasions you have failed to turn up. furthermore since purchasing the vehicle you have done over three and a half thousand miles despite you disputing this vehicle is unfit for purpose. We previously had your vehicle in for work and the following has been carried out: A Complete gearbox 2 Rear tyres A EGR Valve Whilst all of the above work has been carried out we supplied you with courtesy car in order to keep you on the road. These vehicles are usually reserved for customers who have paid into the courtesy car scheme but as a gesture of good will we have provided you with a courtesy car for the time period your vehicle has been in our workshop. Please contact us in order to rectify any issues you feel you have outstanding, We are prepared to repair your vehicle but have not been given chance. Regards, Management The Fort Used Car Centre

I've had same type of dealings with these also so sorry for the stress they put you under. Why should a car you bought break down in a week and have all the above repaired. Gearbox , erg valve and 2 rear tyres and so on. And they tell you that they helped you buy giving you a courtesy car . Wow . My tyres was bald also 2x on Audi s6 . Plus Intake manifold blew and wasn't repaired properly and then coli pack went without fort even diagnosing the problem before was repaired . I sent car back and won't pay me my money back .
I bought a Renault Megane from the Fort Used Car Centre and the following problems that they have been hidden : - Cracked side mirror that I didn't see - air con not working as it was winter and I didn't test it - they change my tyres over night giving me four completely different tyres - esp warning light is coming on now and then Very disappointed.

A month ago I entered the showroom and put a 150 pounds deposit on a vauxhall Insignia. The Sales Manager at the Fort Used Car Centre assured me she could beat any finance deal i could get......the following morning she called me and offered my a finance deal at 34%?? I subsequently told them I didn't want the vehicle and had found another one elsewhere (the vehicle had been off sale for a total of 3 hours of showroom opening times). At that point i requested my deposit to be refunded, I was told this would be passed to their legal team to deal with and I would hear off them in 5 days as this never happens to them??? I've chased, emailed and even spoken to there legal advisers (Lawgistics - who had no such claim passed to them). I've been lied to and emails ignored for over a month. This has now been passed to trading standards. It's not even about the money now, but i'd be interested to know just how much money they make from keeping peoples deposits that go uncontested.

Stay clear from Fort Used Car Centre, bought a car 6000 pounds engine blew paying for car haven't got had it for 3 months there was a problem with the dPf, please please stay clear.

Really good experience buying my Mini from Fort Used Car Centre! It was in beautiful condition and I have had no issues with it at all! The dealers were really helpful and friendly and able to answer any questions. The car is really good value for money and I am super happy with it. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
