Bought my 2012 plate seat from Fort Used Car Centre in May and been back with it at the dealership 3 times already and it's still only July! Broke down with it second time yesterday and when I went to see them today morning to have a chat with them one of the sales rep took me on and handled the situation very professionally but when I was about to walk out everything changed!!!!!! Met with this couple outside on the street who brought their car back for the 4th time with different issues so we started chatting away about our experience with the service and all of the sudden the owner of the company came to us to join our conversation and were very rude asking us about why are we slagging off his company . He was very rude and tried to intimidate us on the street where I we were standing. So we had a little debate about our rights having a conversation on the street and his stinky attitude and his reply was that "you don't have to bring your car back here to get it fixed, you take it elsewhere " in front of this couple. Not really professional is he?! Long story short I'm still within the 3 month dealership warranty and told him that they will have to fix it here because they sold me a faulty car. Avoid the place!!!

having bought the car from fort used car centre expecting it to be a top car for the money clean tidy low milage i find that it is nothing but and up paying out 3500 pounds to put it right despite having there warranty on the vehicle they only paid 1250 towards the cost of the repairs as in small print it says limited to 1250 forany repairs including labour parts etc my vehicle needed a new transmission box clutch after only doing less than 40000 miles i had to chase round myself to get itfixed along story ending up costing me 2500 pounds out of pocket in the end

Bought a car from Fort Used Car Centre only to find it unroad worthy as identified by RAC.. Car was deemed dangerous. Car was eventually taken back and we’ve noticed it is straight back up for sale, so someone else is going to buy it. Stay well clear of this garage

Fort Used Car Centre is a lawful dealership. Sold me a faulty car and carried out bodge repairs and shoddy work knowing I drive a small child. All great until they have your money. Was advised by Karl that disputed my lights / radio / aircon and radiators Bevin damaged they had no responsibility as ‘would pass an MOT’ Saw the same other customer on three out of four of my trips back grew so I assume it’s not just me..... Avoid

In 2017 I brought a 2014 Vauxhall Astra from Fort Used Car Centre. This was the best car I have ever owned it was mechanically sound and checked correctly before I took the car away. I have had no issues with the car since purchasing it. From sale to continuous support it has been amazing!

We purchased a car 10th March and only just collected it from our local Nissan garage and still needs work. No support from Fort last conversation with fort manager I was told “it’s a used car what do you expect!”

Recently purchased an Audi s3 saloon that had a marker on which they knew about. It resulted in me being pulled by 5 armed police cars and has tasers pointed at me. Also had my pregnant mrs in the car. Spoke to them about this reluctant to help and didn’t accept car back. Less than 1 star deserved. Terrible service. . Keep your money and spend the extra couple K and go main dealer for the service.

Fort Used Car Centre were dross. Forced to put a deposit down to test drive a car - decidedly unusual, but liked the car so went with it. When we test drove it the following week, we decided that we didn't want it, and the angry little salesman started stomping his feet, snatched the key and walked off. Fed a load of hogwash about the car being marked as sold in order to pressure us into buying it. Avoid at all costs.
