i bought a rcz which was total disaster turbo kept going limp so in 3 weeks i had 2 days then had it back and once again another light came on so i asked for my juke back that i part exchanged told me gone to auction so i couldn’t have it but went on site today hey there it is for sale total scammers and awful cars keep away

To put it short this garage couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery. Twice i tried to collect the car. Bearing in mind i live atleast 2 1/2 hours from the garage only to be let down about half way both times. Even after being told its ready on a friday i get half way up there on the saturday and get a phone call saying they are still waiting for parts. I was told the garage has serviced the vehicle only to find on closer inspection the oil level is on minimum and also the coolant is the same! I managed to get a 12 months warranty extension on the vehicle but still 2-3 weeks later i havnt had an email about it. I hope they didn't lie about that just to get a sale 🤔 All in all not a great experience of this garage for me and will most definitely be telling people to avoid at all cost!

I bought a car and the car is a very bas quality; the engine clearly wasn’t working that well, the DPF was blocked and the noise when the car was on sounded almost like a tractor. When I first bought the car, it took a month for the dealer to actually give the car to me due to some difficulties with the car. After that month passed, I received the car and drove it for half of the day and there were already problems that I had to get fixed, hence sending the car back to get it fixed. They told me they’d fix it and left me to keep calling them everyday quite frequently. Every time they opened the phone they would make fun, for example; I’s say ‘hello are you okay?’ And they’d reply ‘yes, you are in the UK’, which was very unprofessional and unnecessary. When a customer is taking time out of their day to check up on their car, an employee shouldn’t joke about in that manner; it wasn’t even intended to be funny. There’s too much I could write about their flaws as a company and failure to please their own customers, but I don’t have any more time for them.

After taking the car back to Fort Used Car Centre 3 times for the same issue that was finally resolved. I’m now left with another oil leak that and was told to simply call Jazz to book it in. 6 phone calls today later I finally got holdback of him to be told, oh well you’ve had the car since January and it’s apparently now not covered under warranty, But now he needs to check what works been done in the car previously? And as your guesses he never called me back like he said he would. Don’t waste your time just go somewhere that will treat you how you’d expect.

Brought bmw 1 series and Fort Used Car Centre had it more than me 3 steering racks strut bearings new radiator expansion tank car was a nail after 3 months they exchanged it I chose a Mini Cooper within a week engine light come on back and forth to them again now engine light back on and engine starting to rattle trued to book in today busy for 2 weeks because all the cars are nails said I’ve got to pay for diagnostics what the point of having warranty complete joke stay clear
