I got my Mercedes recently, it's absolutely gorgeous. All the team at Les Rayner were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful from the initial inquiry to the handover of the car. I was really impressed by the aftersales call I received asking me if I was happy with the car and the service I received off them whilst purchasing my car from here. I would highly recommend these to others and I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I have not used my new Peugeot 308 too much but from what I have driven I love it. I really like the car and it is well. I would like to say Davis was amazing in customer service regards, he was so good and handled the sale perfectly. I went for the Peugeot because I haven't owned one before, because it was automatic and it was one of the first cars I saw that I really liked. I made a very quick decision, but the staff were very accommodating in helping me with a quick sale. I saw the car on the Saturday and by the Monday I had my car. I never give anything 100% marks but I will give a high 4.5. Thanking you.

Everything's great! I'm really enjoying driving this car, and it's a huge improvement over my old 2004 Ford Fiesta. The upgrade was totally worth it. I'm loving it. The customer service, especially from David, was friendly and helpful. He made everything clear, so I always knew where I stood. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. Les Rayners is my top pick.

David is honestly spot on, these guys are spot on. As spot on as a car dealer can be to be honest. David was honest and upfront and the sale was very transparent. Honestly, spot on!!! Very impressed, but I never give full marks though, so we will go for a strong 4.5 ;)

I am thoroughly pleased with every aspect of my experience and I am over the moon with the service received. Even when encountering a few minor issues, they were promptly and efficiently resolved without any hassle. The team, including Brilliant, Davies, and Guy, made the entire process incredibly easy, smooth, and spot-on. I can't find a single fault. A 5-star rating! There's no need to look elsewhere; I have used these guys plenty of times in the past and always received excellent service. The Jaguar F Pace was clean and tidy, I change my car with these guys every year, I cant help it! Overall, it has been a fantastic experience.

All is running well with the Nissan Juke, pleased with how delt with. Davies carried the sale and it was handled professorially, friendly, it was smooth and he was really easy going. 5!
