Everything's running like a dream, and I'm more than pleased with how things were handled. the new car has clocked under 1000 miles while I've already hit around 700 – talk about a change! (I don't usually do near that amount) The drive is delightful, and having my own private plate adds a special touch. No regrets here. I find any excuse to hit the road now. Previously, I had a good run with a S-Type Jag, and even though I wasn't looking for a change, the Q3 caught my eye. It was love at first sight, and I bought it on the spot. No regrets at all – it was the right choice. During the plate transfer, I had time to explore the showroom. They had an impressive range of cars from £8000 to £20000 – something for everyone. Over the moon with my purchase. Davies was a gem, helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond. 6 out of 5 for the service, honestly! I'm straightforward and always say as it is and I won't think twice about returning here.

Car's running smoothly! no complaints, all good. I'm quite pleased and thoroughly enjoying driving it. This is truly a great car. I was dealing with Davies, and he was super helpful and friendly. I am very impressed with the Toyota CRV, what I am more impressed about is that I need a car quick, within a matter of days. I needed to get about the place and these guys took that into consideration and got it sorted very quickly. I am highly satisfied with the amount of time that it took. (not long at all). The car was in great condition which I am over the moon about too. Davies was a great guy to deal with! I would highly recommend.

I have purchased 7 cars from Les Rayners now and that should say than I am more than happy with the car's they sell and the customer service. It speaks volumes. I am very very happy with everything. This time round I purchased a Jaguar E Pace and I have to be honest, I have had a little issue.. But the thing you have to realise is that your purchasing second hand car and this is what happened's sometimes, its got to be expected. I have work in the motor trade for many years and its all about how they fix the cars. My job is to asses people, now I never ever ever give 10/10, but if there's anyone that deserves 10/10 then its these guys, I just have to go with the strongest 4.5 stars there is! Dave made everything so clear when I was buying my BMW 1 Series, he carried the sale amazingly and did literally everything for me. I didn't need to lift a finger. I would not hesitate to send anyone in the direction of Les Rayners giving how smashing they were with be. Would be the first place I look.

We are definitely LOVING OUR NEW CAR!!!!!!! The Vauxhall Astra is one of the best purchases we have ever made. We thought the way David sold the car was great. The process was so quick and so smooth, everything flowed so nicely down at Les Rayners. We have had no issues what so ever. What I thought was great is that, they had such a great range of cars to choose from. I had looked at other garages and the verity just wasn't there. Les Rayners had so many cars to choose from which were all very well priced. I liked the fact there was no pressure at all and it was a very relaxed sale.

You have to remember when buying a second hand car it is more than likely that you will have a few issues, sometimes garages miss thing's and its not always their fault. Les Rayners have been nothing but spot on, I had a few little issues with the car and as soon as they were raised with the team, there was not messing around. They are always happy to get you back in and get it sorted with no mither. I am still so so so happy with my car and so happy with the customer service that I received.
