I went into furrows ford in shrewsbury on Friday for a look, ended up purchasing a Kia ceed. Michael Dale gave me all the info I needed, kept me up to date with progress and rushed the car through for me when my current car failed and I was able to collect it on the Monday afternoon.
We purchased a used Vauxhall Crossland X (£14k+) from Furrows Ford in Shrewsbury and it was agreed with Michael Dale (salesman) that as part of the purchase some damaged trim would be replaced. After leaving the site after collecting the car to travel home (150 miles) I discovered the owners pack was missing, but the supposedly replaced trim looked OK. After many weeks we received the documentation but the service book was not acceptable so had to be returned to Furrows. After approximately it became obvious that the damaged trim had been very poorly repaired. we eventually received the required documentation correctly completed but the attitude from furrows regarding the damaged trim was totally unacceptable so after numerous e-mails I advised them that I was going to initiate LEGAL ACTION to which the responded that they were not liable. I undertook the legal action and only then did they admit full liability and subsequently paid the claim in full.

I went to collect an l4 transit that I had been told was immaculate and that had nothing previously done to it, it had been owned by Ford and only had 6k miles. I put a deposit on the van after asking numerous times about the history of the van and made the very long journey fro Edinburgh only to find it been repaired down the drivers side. When challenging the salesman about this he claimed he it was news to him? So it was a costly wasted day for myself and a mate as wee both took time off to collect this van not mention the fuel costs. I would not recommend Furrows Ford Shrewsbury. poor poor

Took my Ford Focus into Furrows Ford Shrewsbury for a service, very convenient and nice area to sit and wait whilst they completed the work.
Very Poor after sales policy at Furrows Ford Shewsbury: I purchased a second hand car from Furrows whilst i carried out my self build within less than 4 months i have been left with a bill of approximately £3,000 for a car that cost me £3,700. Whilst i accept that the fly wheel and clutch is not covered under the warranty. I can not believe that a High Pressure Fuel pump that has been covered in silicon to stop it leaking is! On top of these issues they have still not replaced the broken drivers side visor (which would fail an MOT) as promised before i purchased the car after me repeatedly requesting for it to be fixed! I have been advised that they should offer me a full refund or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and that if they don't i can just hand it back and demand my money back. I intend to make sure i get my legal rights!
Purchased a Kia Rio Diesel. Service book in car was not for ours. Clearly had previous car reg crossed out and ours written in pen. Car radio didn’t work seen by a service tech who booked in with courtesy car. On the day no record of job booked in and no courtesy car. Also pointed out that car was serviced when I purchased it and oil level is seriously high. First impressions of furrows service department is not very good. Will be contacting Kia directly. Further servicing will be with a Kia dealership else wher
I recently had my Ford Fiesta serviced with Furrows in Shrewsbury, the whole process was very simple. I booked in over the phone for the next week, and when I got to the dealership everything was so easy. I also made use of the shuttle bus, to and from the town centre. I'll be back for my next service.
Having purchased a used Kuga from Furrows' last month( excellent deal and px) it developed a couple of mechanical faults. Their Group Service Manager Steve Conde dealt with the repairs immediately and without contention! He even replaced other significant parts that might have caused problems in the future! His professional approach has made the whole experience of buying from Furrows' a pleasure. I'd recommend them very highly indeed, definitely 5
