I got a used car from furrows. On day of collection I found the inbuilt bluetooth wasn't working. 3 days after collection we had a frost and found the heated rear windows were not working correctly. I reported the problems. 7 weeks later after repeatedly contacting Furrows Kevin Evans told me they wouldnt fix the window because I couldn't prove it was broken on collection and glass was not covered under the warranty. I would recommend not buying a car off them without inspecting every inch of it. Basically treat them as if you were buying it off some random person.

Terrible customer service from Furrows Of Shrewsbury, specifically asked them for a final price on a repair to my car which they wouldn't provide, had to get Mazda Head Office involved and straight away I had a call back from Furrows with a price of £700. I told them not to go over this or replace anything else without contacting me first. A few days later I called to ask if my car is ready, the final bill is £1100!!!!! They had replaced other stuff without asking, if this wasn't bad enough they were about to do some other work which would of added £200 more to my bill. I dealt with Steve on the phone who is front of house and the guy just just kept repeating himself over and over again and none of the information was useful. I was saying how angry I was with the extra charges and that they didn't contact me and he was trying to sell me on this extra unnecessary work!!! After a lot of complaining they dropped the price back to the AGREED price but they caused me so much hassle. Hannah is one of the girls on the front desk and she was just as bad as Steve to deal with, Honestly the point of these people is to provide customer service yet they cant seem to answer basic questions like how much will my bill be or when can I collect my car!!! They both come across as rude and like they don't give a damn about helping you. This is why I hate going to car dealerships, they are pretty much all the same but Furrows Mazda of Shrewsbury takes bad customer server to a new level!
