Applied for finance on a car to later find out they had actually took a personal loan out on my name against my house without my consent avoid at all cost. GC motors will say and do anything to sell you a car.

I thought it was a bit far fetched when I first read this, not anymore! I rejected a car I bought on the ground of misrepresentation- the car was not accident free as it had driver side door, rear quarter and most likely the rear boot lid all repainted. Having wasted the whole day to return the car to them and to bring back mine (I part exchanged), they wanted me to pay them 2k before releasing my car. Just who are these people ? If you are thinking about buying from them, think harder !
