Absolute joke of customer service. Booked an appointment to view a car, showed up at the appointment time to be told the car was already sold. 100 mile round trip for absolutely no reason. No care for customers only care about the money!!

Phoned up & made an appointment to see a car, traveled an all round trip of 100 miles to go & see it to be told it was already sold!

140, 314 miles as i write this and Oscar is still going really well. Going for a full service as he does every feb on thurs. chuffed to bits, i didnt let you down i said id buy it in the morning and youve not let me down, fixed the brakes and a bush and water pump when i bought it and its not missed a beat since. Oscar gets anything he needs service ot mot wise and weve been to the aberdeenshire dee campibg and fishing 4 times last year and may and june are booked this yr already. thanks once again Glenfield.

Got a brilliant car from Glenfield, waiting time of one week to get it ready for pickup. Paid cash so can't comment of finance options but they offer them.

Can't fault these guys.Bought an Insignia Cdti, they fixed all the known faults before I picked it up. A month or so after I bought it had to get an alloy replaced as it had a defect that had corroded through, it was visible that it was heavily oxidized around the crack that caused a slow puncture, Stuart got a hold of a replacement one, that was great, as that model are sort of hard to find.
