Found the garage on auto trader. Great service from salesman absaloutly no pressure and was left to look over car and any questions were answered. The couple of small problems we had with the car were fixed. The only problem was the car interior was absaloutly filthy I spent 3 hours cleaning the car when I got home among the many things I found was a slice of very old toast. The centre consal was covered in grease. Apart from the dirty interior I was very pleased with the car and would certainly recommend them to anybody looking for a used car.

I have come across a Lovely A3 while browsing through AutoTrader. I made a phonecall and Stuart has picked up the phone with a very welcoming approach I had asked a fee crucial questions about the car and I can't stress enough how honest he was with me about the condition of the car I had travelled across the country to pick up the car and it was just as described. Glenfield Cars have worked so hard alongside me to meet a deadline and carry out extra work on the car prior to my pickup🙌 Being a used vehicle I wasn't expecting such a gleaming car🤩 I had driven away from the forecourt and I noticed there was something wrong I had informed Brian the manager of the issues I was having and once again so honest and helpful in sorting thr issues out even though we were on opposite ends of the country I cannot recommend Glenfield Cars Enough A very easy and enjoyable experience. Hopefully I'll be getting the next car from you too Once again Thank you for the honesty and all the hard work you have put into the car I am more that delighted with it

I bought a lovely Mercedes Benz SLK from Glenfield. Despite being quite old, the car is in excellent condition and was extremely reasonably priced. The staff were all pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. There was no hard sell and I was allowed to play around with the car at my leisure prior to buying. After the MOT and service the guys put on new alloys and tyres, and even filled the tank for me at my request. Big thanks to Brian, Stuart and the others. They made the process really easy. I love my new car. Would recommend.
I got my car from Glenfields back in November 2020, and two weeks into having it, there was an injector fault that they had quickly reset. Fast forward to the end of March 2021 and this fault came back with a vengeance - loss of power in the car completely. After speaking to Stuart about the situation - given that this had been an issue on/off since getting it reset in November, he assured me that he would get it sorted for me as they never say no to a customer. The car was picked up on a Wednesday and I had it back that Saturday. 100% would recommend paying them a visit, make you feel comfortable at all times and won’t over complicate anything.

I bought 'at distance' from Glenfield of Kilmarnock and cannot speak highly enough about the quality of service I received. My initial enquiry was responded to very quickly, as were all subsequent communications. When my car arrived it was in even better condition than described. Courteous, professional and efficient are some of the words I would use to describe my experience, and I recommend them without hesitation.

We've just purchased a used Ford B-Max from Glenfield of Kilmarnock. Even though were in a lockdown this company still delivered the goods. From enquiring over the phone right through the sale. This company deserves a pat on the back from the delivery and after sales. Rob delivered the car on time the only fault was it was dirty but that's due to the long drive down from Kilmarnock to Featherstone West Yorkshire over 200 miles. After looking round the car I noticed a damaged mirror casing. James who sold the vehicle couldn't apologize enough and corrected the problem straight away. The only one thing I could recommend is that they get a transport trailer to deliver the cars then they'd be still clean Ha Ha. I have only given 4 stars for cleanliness due to the car needing a clean. Thank you to all the team at Glenfield of Kilmarnock. You deserve all the credit I hope we look forward to dealing with you again when we look for another vehicle. Kind regards Mr C
