I’ve purchased another vehicle from Glenfield Motors. We were a little bit apart on the value of my trade in however Brian and John pulled out all the stops (again) to give me deal I wanted. I can honestly say that given the level of service I have received from Glenfield why would I want to go anywhere else. I have bought a few cars from Glenfield now and each time there has never been an issue that the guys have not went out of their to deal with to my satisfaction. Cannot believe some of the negative comments posted on the review platform. Brian and John, take a bow guys.

Just hope there is nothing wrong with the car if bought from Glenfield of Kilmarnock because their tactics are to drag it on for months and just hope you go away, not one of the great reviews they have will make a blind bit of difference if you buy a duffer as their customer care is terrible, so if you purchase a car and there is a problem expect to be totally ignored, you have been warned.

All smooth, go a Golf 75k miles with service history and had a full MOT included. Some minor things had to be fixed for passing but they sorted it out.

We bought a Audi a3 9 months ago with one one year warranty, unfortunately the timing chain went wrong ,we made the mistake of getting fixed at £3000 before letting Glenfield know , warranty company were not going to pay until the manager Brian intervened!
