Walked in and greeted by a nice chap, all was going well until I spoke to one person who said my car wasn't there when it was supposed to have been. I was passed to another person who did a few remedial tasks then ANOTHER person who did the rest, the finance prices were different and until I pointed it out they didn't tell me there were added extras that charge. Hmmmm. I found his attitude disgusting and will not be getting another car from there again.
Bought a brand new Insignia - they messed up the specification - after waiting 5 months I could wait no longer and had to accept it. Numbers plates were stuck on with double-sided tape - and fell off. Car pulled to the left from day one -they blamed everything (pressures, camber etc.) but would not check tracking. At first service (6 months) they messed up so badly they gave it to me for free. At 2nd service they told me the left tyre was worn due to tracking being out and refused to fix it! Wanted £140. Shocking service. Absolute zero customer care.

They couldn't do enough to help us with the car, they helped my wife set up her iphone with the car to save her messing around the the manual. If I had pick out one fault it would be they were slow getting the transaction finished, communication wasn't great, they were more busy dealing with customer on the forecourt than keeping us up to date with what was going on but apart from that I'm happy and can't fault anything else.

I visited this dealer when purchasing my most recent car in August of this year. As for the car I bought from Go Vauxhall in Croydon... I have to say that its absolutely lovely, I have already recommended the dealership to family and friends as they were absolutely brill

The car was good value and in good order except for a flat tyre which was flat when I first views the car, I was ensured the problem had been resolved but the tyre deflated again which took the dealership 10 days to get the car in and the 3 hours to fit the tyre! The staff are friendly and helpful before you buy a car but very shady once you've handed money over.
