When looking at the car I did eventually purchase they could not do enough and were very courteous. As another reviewer has written, it was quite refreshing. HOWEVER as with other reviewers I have had the exact same problem where once the money had been taken they simply do not want to know anymore. I have been waiting for a part that was supposed to be sent to me, they fobbed me off with a blatant lie about it and incidentally I have had to chase them constantly to find out about it, they have not once contacted me, no one EVER calls back despite their endless assurance that they will. I had to chase them 3 times to find out if the car was ready for collection also. Absolutely rubbish. I would NOT recommend buying a car from here, I'd rather travel 1000 more miles for decent service than go down the road to these people.

They were initially great to deal with UNTIL they had my money, Then they fob you off.. When they say they will call you back they NEVER ever do. Pam and Dean were who dealt with me. They still owe me a small sum of money which I have pretty much given up on getting now, Bottom line is they appear great initially but god forbid if you have a problem with the car or even have a query with them then you are pretty much screwed cos they don't help once they have your money. Bought a car from this dealer. On the face of it they seem very professional and obliging, in fact the initial buying experience was quite refreshing. However I had numerous issues with the car which they eventually fixed after a lot of chasing but I still have not had a service history which was promised from the outset. They have since ignored me, including ignoring my genuine warning of legal action.

I bought a Range Rover from GP Cars and what a good service I had. After a few weeks I had a issue with my cars EGR valve. I phoned the GP team and they were happy to help me. I took the car back and they sorted it out within a matter of hours. I could not be happier. I love my car and would certainly buy from them again again.

I found them to be very helpful whilst I was looking at the car and when I agreed to buy it, but once they had my money and I took delivery, it changed to the point that the sales person, head mechanic and the owner don't even respond to e-mails. They told me they would order a CD as it wasn't in the car, but after waiting 4 weeks then just took one from another car while I was standing there. They then told me they would order some parts for the DVD and headphones and I've have never heard back. Total waste of time which is a shame as the initial experience was pleasant.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Sold a ticking timebomb. The mechanics didn't reattach brake pipe correctly. Wore through on motorway left with no brakes. Also engine coolant warning light two days after purchase and wind screen wipers perished and split. All should have been picked up on pre sale checks. Absolutely no after sales, totally ignored emails and letters. I have since found out and believe that the owner was convicted of selling vehicles with altered mileage. Would recommend staying well away

Bought an AM DB9 from them 2 weeks ago. Only found out after getting home with the car that it has a second hand engine in. This was not disclosed at point of sale. I have since taken the car to an Aston Martin dealer who have pointed out approx £3000 worth of work that needs doing. I have sent them a letter and asked for my money back. Not had a reply yet. They have stopped returning my calls!. Do not use these people.

I purchased my 2008 Audi Q7 from the guys at GP cars. The service was fantastic and the car was exactly as described. My family have been dealing with GP Cars for many years, and have always found them to be polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend to others.

I bought a Audi q7 amd was told the service book would be sent when the stamps had all been updated . Numerous calls to them amd to no avail still no service book . As soon as they take your money ,the after care you have recieved is shocking Full of promises but jack s..t

I was looking for a Q7. GP had one detailed on their website. Made a call to bob (salesman). I told him I was interested. He asked for a £500.00 holding fee to stop him selling the car to someone else. I stupidly offered him £250.00. 3 day later we made 100 mile journey to GP cars office. Long short short, the vehicle in question was in a poor state, scratches, dents etc. Bob promised these would all be rectified. After leaving their office I decided not to purchase the vehicle. I subsequently asked bob for my money. He informed me that I could not get my money back as he had instructed his body shop to start work on the Q7 and it would depend on how much work had been carried out. I met with Bob on the Thursday and informed Bob of my decision on the Friday. At no point did bob inform me that my initial fee was none refundable. I will get my money back but think twice before using this dealer especially if you don't live local to GP Cars.
